Connectors are the basic components of many industrial equipment,and their quality directly affects the operation of industrial equipment.The temperature of the connector production equipment is closely related to the quality of the connector.If the temperature is too high,the quality of the connector will be reduced.In the production process of traditional connectors,the equipment is often monitored by manual temperature measurement.If the temperature of the equipment does not exceed the threshold range,the operating speed of the equipment can be adjusted based on personal experience to increase the output.However,this method consumes manpower,wastes production materials,and cannot accurately increase production.Based on Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN)and Wireless Fidelity(WiFi),this paper designs a data monitoring system that replaces manual temperature measurement to achieve accurate monitoring of the temperature of multiple parts of the equipment,and proposes a data monitoring system.The intelligent speed regulation strategy based on the Process Capability Index(CPK)replaces the speed regulation of personal experience value,and realizes the function of improving the production capacity of the equipment.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Fully consider the factory installation environment and expansion requirements,follow the modular concept to design each hardware module circuit,this paper gives a design scheme of a data monitoring system.The MKW01Z128 chip with low power consumption and high performance is selected as the microcontroller,and the WiFi communication module ATK-ESP-01 is used as the long-distance communication medium.Based on the design concept of hardware components,the collection node that can obtain the temperature of the device and the collection node that can summarize the data and forward it are designed.The data is sent to the gateway node of the cloud listening software,and the schematic diagram is drawn and the board is laid out,and finally the function of the hardware is tested.(2)In terms of terminal software,based on the principle of software component programming,the software design of the acquisition node and the gateway node is completed,and the functions of the temperature acquisition of the plug-in production equipment and the cloud listening software communication are realized.The communication process of the data monitoring system is opened up with the cloud monitoring software as the medium,and the data storage and management are realized with the help of database tools.Realize the visual monitoring of temperature data in the form of Web pages,and provide historical data query and threshold setting functions.(3)In order to improve the output of the connector production equipment,the intelligent speed regulation software that can calculate the optimal running speed value of the equipment according to the quality of the connector is designed based on the intelligent speed regulation strategy.The software calculates the CPK by reading the correctness error data of the connectors in the industrial computer,judges the range of the evaluation table where the CPK is located,and automatically calculates the operating speed value of the equipment.,PLC)and other equipment to realize the automatic speed regulation process and complete the development of the intelligent speed regulation system.The system designed in this paper has been repeatedly debugged and tested in Suzhou Tailian Connector Co.,Ltd.,which proves that the system has good operating performance,and has certain social,economic and scientific significance and application prospects.
