Research On The Spatial Evolution And Guidance Strategy Of Traditional Villages In Mentougou District,Beijing

As one of the most valuable types of villages in China’s vast countryside,traditional villages are a model for the construction and development of traditional Chinese rural spaces.Under the impact of rapid urbanization,the spatial evolution path of traditional villages has changed from selforganization to other-organization,which is more uncertain and unstable.It shows certain dynamics in terms of social economy,ecological landscape,and spatial characteristics.,transition and diversity.The rapid changes in the development of cities have led to the incompatibility of the selfadjustment of traditional villages with the dynamic changes of the external environment.Therefore,it is of certain significance and value to conduct research on the spatial evolution and guiding strategies of traditional villages,and analyze its influencing factors and mechanisms,which will help promote the active development of traditional villages and coexist with urban space.Most of the area of Mentougou District in Beijing is within the scope of Beijing’s urban fringe area.Under the influence of Beijing’s urban space expansion,the urbanization process of Mentougou District is typical and representative.Because Mentougou District has the most abundant traditional village resources in Beijing,the spatial evolution of traditional villages in its area is obviously affected by the urbanization of Beijing’s urban fringe area and Mentougou District,showing unique characteristics and mechanisms.Based on this,this paper selects the traditional villages in Mentougou District as the research object,uses qualitative research methods such as multi-document research,field research and interviews,and follows the "Characteristic Analysis of Urbanization Development in Mentougou District—Spatial Evolution of Traditional Villages in Mentougou District—Traditional Villages in Mentougou District.Spatial Evolution Mechanism:The logic of spatial guidance strategies of traditional villages in Mentougou District,explores the spatial evolution characteristics,main motivations,driving mechanisms and specific guidance strategies of traditional villages in Mentougou District under the influence of spatial diffusion in the urban fringe area of Beijing.The research conclusions of this paper are mainly divided into the following three points: First,the research summary of the urbanization characteristics of Mentougou District and the spatial evolution characteristics of traditional villages.The urbanization development of Mentougou District presents a staged evolution of "agriculture-industry-tourism".In the urbanization stages dominated by different industries,the population and urban-rural space also show different characteristics.In the context of urban fringe space expansion,this paper,based on spatial location,selects three spatial types of traditional villages,namely urban villages,urban border villages and suburban villages,as the key research cases.At the level of vertical evolution,the spatial location of traditional villages is in dynamic changes,showing the evolution law of "suburban villages-urban border villages-urban villages";at the horizontal evolution level,traditional villages of different spatial types are in the environmental pattern and overall form.There are three levels of evolution,spatial structure evolution and spatial unit evolution,and their evolution characteristics are different.The second is to construct the vertical and horizontal spatial evolution mechanism of traditional villages in Mentougou District.This paper establishes a three-step analysis framework of "action factor-action force analysis-action mechanism" from the perspective of influencing factors.According to the spatial evolution characteristics of traditional villages in Mentougou District,the dynamic mechanism of the spatial evolution of traditional villages in Mentougou District is analyzed from the vertical and horizontal dimensions.Individual differences in lateral spatial evolution characteristics of villages.The third is the proposal and summary of the guiding strategy for the development of traditional village space in Mentougou District.From the perspective of spatial evolution mechanism,this paper proposes guidance strategies for traditional villages with different spatial types in combination with the future development trends of urban construction,industrial development and population mobility in Beijing and Mentougou,in order to solve the actual and potential problems in the future development process.
