With the rapid development of science and technology,intelligent production lines have gradually begun to become the trend of industrial manufacturing industry.The automatic control production line can be produced under unmanned conditions,so the new energy battery industry in many cities has appeared automatic control instead of manual production,and the development of the corresponding battery production line is particularly important.Through the research on the development status of the new energy battery industry at home and abroad,this paper designs the control system based on Siemens S7-1200 PLC based on the existing problems on site,combined with the production line requirements and the actual production conditions on site.Among them,in order to better control the glue metering system,combined with the production process requirements and the structural characteristics of the gluing equipment,the PID control algorithm based on BP neural network is proposed,which effectively controls the pressure in the metering chamber,so as to realize the accurate control of the glue quantity,and proves the reliability and accuracy of the PID control algorithm under BP neural network through MATLAB simulation.In addition,the on-site hardware and PLC module were selected,and the software part used TIA Portal to write the control program and monitoring screen design of the new energy battery production line,which effectively realized the monitoring of the new energy battery production line.Based on PLC,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the automatic control system of new energy battery production line,introduces BP neural network PID control algorithm in the glue metering system,and designs the BP neural network PID controller,which realizes the glue output stability and accuracy of the glue dosing system.Through production verification,it is shown that the designed control system has high stability,the process capability index of the rubber ratio is increased from 0.65 to 2.69,the equipment failure rate is significantly reduced,the OEE of the production line is improved,and the feasibility of the scheme is also verified to meet the production line capacity requirements.
