China adheres to reform and opening up,adheres to peaceful development,and vigorously supports innovation,which makes China’s economy progress in stability and move towards high-quality development.The living standard of the people has been constantly improved.In the context of the overall environment,all walks of life in China have opportunities and challenges for development.As an important part of China’s economy,the construction industry is not only related to our quality of life and level,but also an indicator of rapid economic development.Science and technology are the primary productive forces.In the wave of big data and in the requirements of innovation,we should not only pay attention to the innovation of building technology,but also pay attention to the control of project quality.Therefore,while China’s economy requires highquality development,we should constantly strengthen the high-quality development of the construction industry to ensure the quality of construction projects.Through the research of domestic and foreign project quality control theory and the present situation of reinforcing bar engineering quality control.Taking the steel bar engineering project of Liqun Square of Rongcheng City as the research object,this paper first introduces the general situation of the steel bar engineering project of Liqun Square of Rongcheng City,and analyzes the basic situation of the project from three aspects: the situation of the steel bar engineering project,the key points of construction and the quality assurance measures of the steel bar engineering.Through field research,the existing problems in the quality management of steel bar engineering projects were found,the causes were analyzed deeply,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to make a quantitative analysis of various factors affecting the quality of the project,and the feasibility,rationality and scientificity were verified by combining the actual engineering cases,so as to continuously optimize the quality of the project.Through the establishment of AHP-fuzzy evaluation mathematical model in order to solve the problems in the quality control of rebar engineering projects through evaluation analysis.To achieve the project quality management objectives.The main significance is to take the Rongcheng Liqun Plaza reinforcement project as the research object,analyze the existing problems in the quality control of the project and the factors that affect the quality control,and use AHP fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the quality control level of the Rongcheng Liqun Plaza reinforcement project according to the characteristics of the quality control in these three stages,and draw conclusions through calculation and analysis.Finally,the guarantee measures of the project quality control scheme are proposed.It is hoped that the research of this project can improve the quality control level of similar projects and provide valuable reference for future work.
