With the development of our society and the improvement of people's living standards,the rapid development of the construction industry in the past few decades,the functional requirements of building using have been continuously improved,and the safety and durability of existing buildings have been difficult to keep up with the pace of the times.The lack of responsibility and irregular operation of the construction unit and the supervision unit will seriously affect the quality of the project.In the event of a sudden quality problem set accident,if appropriate reinforcement and reinforcement measures can be taken,the economic loss can be recovered to the utmost extent,and the construction and user's lives and property safety can be effectively guaranteed.At this stage,China vigorously promotes the earthquake-resistant reinforcement and energy-saving renovation of old buildings.The purpose is to reduce construction pollution,effectively shorten the construction period and reduce the waste of funds.This is also in line with China's current policy and environmental protection and other related policy guidelines in the field of construction engineering.Therefore,the reinforcement and reconstruction of building structures account for a larger proportion in the field of construction engineering construction in China.In recent years,people's demand for quality of life is getting higher and higher.As a fashion center,shopping malls can meet the needs of market function allocation only through upgrading and transformation to continuously optimize the functions of shopping malls and maximize the satisfaction of customers.In the process of transformation and upgrading of the market,the quality of the construction of structural reinforcement and transformation directly affects the safety of people's lives and property and the service life of the building.The quality control of the construction of structural reinforcement and transformation project is extremely important.The quality characteristics,quality problems,quality control and effect evaluation of reinforcement and reconstruction projects are the focus of this paper.Based on the whole construction process of the Beijing Xincheng Square structural reinforcement project,this paper comprehensively analyzes the characteristics of the structural reinforcement and reconstruction project and the factors affecting the quality of the reinforcement and reconstruction project from the preparation stage,construction stage and completion acceptance stage.This paper expounds in detail the quality control elements in each construction stage,carries out the whole process multi-angle analysis and research from the five elements of human,machine,material,method and environment,and takes active and effective measures to ensure the construction quality.During the construction process of enlarging the section of columns,hidden quality problems were found in the reinforcement planting work of some steel bars by self-inspection.The factors affecting the quality of reinforcement planting were properly solved by using PDCA cycle control method,and the quality problems encountered in the construction process of demonstration projects and corresponding quality control measures were summarized.Finally,through the use of analytic hierarchy process,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality of the construction project of structural reinforcement and transformation of the Beijing Xincheng Square.According to expert opinions,the comprehensive evaluation of the quality effect of construction data,site entity and appearance inspection is good.The research results of this paper can be applied to the quality control of similar construction projects in the construction stage.It has a certain role in promoting the research of quality control system in the construction stage and the construction quality control in the construction stage.
