| Since the 1990s,China’s construction industry has experienced a high-speed development stage.In recent years,under the control of relevant policies,the bonus policies in land,labor,finance and other aspects have gradually disappeared.In addition,with the superposition of environmental protection control and COVID-19,the construction industry has been impacted to a certain extent,and the profit space of enterprises has been squeezed.As a more complex industry,the construction industry is characterized by long construction period,large personnel mobility and multiple external unstable factors.Therefore,cost control must be an important part of project cost management.Effective cost control is of great significance to increase enterprise profits.The extensive management mode can no longer adapt to the development of the current construction industry.It is the consensus of the construction industry to manage profits.The construction period accounts for a large proportion in the entire project cycle.It is necessary to achieve high-quality development by controlling its costs.This paper selects the construction project of Q City Citizen Health Center as the research object,and mainly studies the cost control during the construction period of the project.First of all,from the perspective of the project manager,participate in the whole process of the project construction,make statistical analysis of the project related data,and discuss the current situation,characteristics and problems of the project cost control during the construction period.Secondly,in view of the problems existing in the project cost control,such as weak awareness of cost control,traditional single control method,the lack of flexibility in control measures,and incomplete performance appraisal,the traditional single static cost control method that has been used in the early stage of the project is abandoned,and the earned value method and value engineering method are comprehensively used to control the cost during the project construction period.At the same time,on the basis of the existing cost control experience and combination with the characteristics of the construction project of Q City Citizen Health Center,a cost control method suitable for the project is formed to solve the problem of cost control during the construction period.Finally,in order to ensure that the cost control work during the construction period of the project is put into place,this paper puts forward some guarantee measures such as cost control concept guarantee,system guarantee and mode guarantee in combination with the actual situation.On the premise of ensuring the construction period and the smooth acceptance of the project,it reduces the construction cost and improves the enterprise’s cost control management level to achieve effective control of the project cost.The research results of this paper broaden the management ideas for the cost control of similar health center construction projects,and also provide certain decision-making reference and reference value for the cost management of other engineering projects. |
