At present,the research on project management theory and cost control is increasing,and the related technology is becoming more and more mature,and is widely used in many fields.However,in the actual operation and management,most construction engineering enterprises are still oriented by target profits,focusing on after-the-event accounting,rarely introducing and applying new methods and concepts,which has a negative impact on their further development.According to the cost control research results of construction projects,the traditional cost control technology has obvious limitations,such as backward methods,which need a lot of empirical analysis,and the application value of the results is not high.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce innovative methods to control the cost of construction enterprises and establish a new cost control mode on the basis of certain improvement and optimization.In this paper,the project of general practitioner training base in hospital A was selected as an example to analyze the construction process with high cost and discuss its cost control.In the process of research,based on the perspective of the general contractor manager,statistical analysis of the data related to the project is carried out.On this basis,the cost control of the construction project in the budget,construction preparation,construction and other stages is discussed.Some enterprises pay too much attention to the input of planned cost,which also affects the realization of control objectives.According to the actual experience,it is found that this traditional cost control mode can not meet the actual control requirements [3],and it is necessary to improve and improve.In addition,construction enterprises need to apply advanced theories and methods of cost control to guide the actual operation and management process,and on this basis,improve and perfect the cost control mechanism with practical value,lay a good foundation for the realization of project management objectives,and analyze the process of project cost control concretely.Then,referring to the actual project,earned value method and value engineering method are synthetically applied to cost control,and a new control method is established based on the existing control experience.Then,according to the actual situation andrequirements of cost control of this project,some suggestions are given to provide some support for its cost control.This paper carries out the analysis of each stage according to the construction process.Firstly,it synthetically applies WBS of work breakdown structure and related tools of project budgeting to cost control,and at the same time,it studies the application of value engineering in quality and cost control.Secondly,it discusses the key issues to be considered in the process of cost control with ABC classification method.Secondly,the application of Earned Value Principle in this field is discussed based on the tracking and detection tool of schedule and cost,which lays a good foundation for the realization of integrated management objectives.The research results of this paper can provide support for engineering construction enterprises to improve their project cost control level,and can also be used as a reference for the research in this field.
