Research On Risk Management Of Weifang Urban Theme Park Construction Project

In the development process of many cities,urban theme parks are regarded as an important part of development planning,because they can not only attract tourists,drive economic growth,but also show the characteristics and spiritual style of the city,which is an important name card of urban civilization construction.For weifang city theme park construction projects,the develop facing many risk factors,in the process of human risk,such as whether it is economic,market,political or natural factors such as climate,geology,can be encountered in the process of theme park construction of resistance,even slightly careless,could make the whole project unthreatening.Therefore,in this thesis,the weifang city theme park construction project risk management research,use of brainstorming method,Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out the project risk identification,evaluation,and formulate the corresponding risk control according to the results of the risk evaluation strategy,provide theoretical guidance for the project successfully completed and delivered.Firstly,on the basis of introducing the general situation and construction characteristics of the project such as geographical location,planning area,construction advantages and construction difficulties,this thesis focuses on analyzing the source of project risk factors from two aspects of internal risk sources and external risk sources.Secondly,combined with the actual situation of Weifang urban theme park construction project,the brainstorming method and Delphi method are selected to carry out the project risk identification work.After preliminary identification and accurate identification,the risk identification result of Weifang urban theme park construction project is obtained.Four first-level risk factors such as natural risk,social environment risk,economic risk and management risk and 16 second-level risk factors such as climate risk and hydrological risk are identified.Again,in a clear scientific nature,the principle of optimization,flexibility and so on project risk evaluation,this thesis expounds the project risk evaluation methods and the selection and construction of the process,and using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,on the weifang city theme park construction project risk evaluation,the evaluation results show that the project overall risk level for the intermediate risk;Finally,based on the risk evaluation results of Weifang urban theme park construction project,this thesis divides the natural risk,social environment risk,economic risk and management risk into high level risk,general risk and low level risk according to their risk levels,and puts forward risk control strategies respectively.Through the research,this thesis provides a set of feasible methods for the risk management of Weifang urban theme park construction project,which effectively improves the level of project risk management and is conducive to the smooth completion and delivery of the project.
