Research On Risk Management Of Weihai Seaside Park Construction Project

In the process of urbanization,Weihai takes "exquisite city,happy Weihai" as its goal to develop livable garden city,and the construction of urban park is an important part of urban planning.In this context,the Weihai Seaside Park project comes into being.On the one hand,the construction of this project helps Weihai optimize its location function,on the other hand,it also helps to meet the strong tourism consumption demand of foreign tourists and mainland residents.As an important part of Weihai city planning,the seaside park project has the important function of driving the economic and social development of the coastal region.Moreover,the construction content is large and the construction period is long,so there are many risks in the implementation process of the project.In addition,as a public project supported by financial funds of Weihai City,the government image,stability-related issues,social benefits and other situations should be considered in the process of development,which further increases the difficulty of project risk management.To sum up,taking Weihai Seaside Park Project as the research object,it is very necessary to carry out research on its risk management.Therefore,from the perspective of the construction unit,this paper studies the risk management of Weihai Seaside Park project,and the specific content is as follows.After introducing the project design principles,planning zones and participating units,this paper starts from the actual situation of Weihai Seaside Park project,and analyzes the risk influencing factors of the early project approval stage,the project survey and design stage and the project construction stage respectively.On the basis of the analysis of influencing factors of project risk,two complementary methods of checklist method and Delphi method were selected for risk identification,and 11 risk factors were identified in three stages of project approval,investigation and design,and construction.Thirdly,based on the project risk identification results,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are selected to carry out the risk assessment of Weihai Seaside Park project,and the index weight is calculated by using AHP.On this basis,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to classify the project risk level.The evaluation results show that the overall risk level of Weihai Seaside Park project is high.The risk levels of construction,survey and design,and early project approval are high,medium and low respectively.Finally,based on the risk levels at each stage of the Weihai Seaside Park project,risk control measures are formulated in detail by classification,to reduce the possibility of accidents on the one hand and reduce the loss caused by risks on the other hand.
