| With the continuous expansion of construction scale and construction area,the technical difficulty and engineering complexity of Chinese expressway construction projects continue to improve,the importance of quality management of expressway construction is becoming increasingly prominent,however,the conventional quality management model that relies on manual operation has gradually exposed the shortcomings.In the face of the urgent need to improve the quality management of expressway construction,the digital technology represented by the Internet of things,cloud platform,etc.has become an effective solution recognized by the industry because of its outstanding advantages in reducing labor dependence and improving project quality.In this paper,on the basis of in-depth analysis of quality management theory and methods,highway construction situation,selected Shandong Province in recent years a representative highway construction project-JT expressway,the project in the construction period of quality management problems,from the angle of digital enhancement,the application of a variety of methods to carry out analysis.First of all,this paper uses fishbone diagram method,analyzes the JT expressway construction period of the main quality problems,and according to the expressway division project for induction and sorting.Then,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process,according to the causes and influencing factors of quality problems prone to occur,to determine the digital technology in the construction period of quality management work appropriate point;the necessity and feasibility of digital transformation are analyzed,and the digital transformation scheme of laboratory,mixing station,pavement construction system and beam field is discussed.Finally,according to the fuzzy evaluation analysis of JT expressway quality management digital enhancement scheme,this paper evaluates the expected results after the digital transformation,and then puts forward the optimization suggestions of the highway construction period digital quality management.After in-depth research on the digital improvement of quality management of JT expressway,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:digital quality management speeds up the transmission efficiency of quality data between construction,supervision and construction units,breaks the barriers of information asymmetry in the front and back fields of expressway construction projects,improves the frequency of quality data acquisition,and eliminates the risk of quality data fraud;digital quality management significantly reduces the influence of human factors on construction quality,and changes the control of key process parameters from human control to program operation,which is conducive to the implementation of standardized construction;digital quality management has significant application value in expressway construction projects.The follow-up research and practice should pay attention to expanding the application range of digital quality management,improving the wisdom of digital quality management and improving the supporting mechanism of digital quality management. |
