| With the number of diabetes patients increasing year by year,the prevention and treatment of diabetes has become a worldwide concern.At present,because there is no medical means to completely cure diabetes,in order to control blood glucose concentration,patients can reduce the occurrence of complications only through prevention and control of blood glucose concentration,blood collection from patients’ fingertips or veins is commonly used to complete blood glucose detection.These methods have many disadvantages,such as physical and psychological pressure,high testing cost,and risk of cross infection.In view of these disadvantages,a portable near infrared noninvasive blood glucose monitor is designed in this dissertation.In this dissertation,Photoplethysmography(PPG)as the research object,combined with wireless communication technology to develop a portable near infrared non-invasive blood glucose monitor,which can upload blood glucose detection results in real time.In this dissertation,the research status of non-invasive blood glucose detection technology and instrument is introduced in detail.The function and performance index of the system are determined,and the overall scheme of the system is designed.The source of noise in PPG signal is analyzed.Wavelet transform and median filter are used to preprocess the signal to improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the instrument.The harmonic analysis method was used to extract the blood glucose characteristic values,and then the minimally invasive glucose monitor was used to measure the blood glucose reference values.Finally,multiple linear regression method,principal component regression method and partial least square method were used to establish different prediction models for the blood glucose characteristic values and the blood glucose reference values.The hardware of the instrument system is designed.STM32F103C8T6 is used as the microprocessor,and the signal acquisition module,the microprocessor and its peripheral interface module,the signal conditioning module,the power module,the charging module and the wireless communication module are designed.Based on the hardware of the system,the system software is programmed with the idea of modularization.Finally,this dissertation completed the function and performance index test of portable near infrared non-invasive glucose monitor.The test results show that the system can achieve non-invasive blood glucose detection,result display and wireless data transmission functions,meeting the performance index requirements of the system design,and can be used for non-invasive blood glucose detection of the human body. |
