| With the deepening practice of the strategy of transportation power and the increasing travel demand of residents,major cities actively promote the public transport travel mode dominated by rail transit.As an important part of rail transit,rail transit station can improve the regional accessibility of the station,residents’ travel convenience and the land value around the station,so as to improve the regional development intensity of the station,and then increase the passenger flow attraction.In particular,rail transit hub station has a strong traffic radiation ability,which affects the development and utilization of land in the hub area.This paper takes Beijing Rail Transit Line 6 as an example,combined with the national key research and development project(2022YFE0104300),to study the passenger flow characteristics and station land characteristics.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)Review the research status and basic theories at home and abroad.This paper systematically presents the current research status of rail transit from four parts:the planning idea and development mode of rail transit station,the determination of station range and the classification of station,the land use and development intensity of station,the interaction between station development and passenger flow,and introduces the TOD theory,the living circle theory and the compact city theory.The factors influencing the development of rail transit station are analyzed from two dimensions of passenger flow and station area development intensity.It provides a reference and theoretical support for the research of passenger flow characteristics and land use characteristics of rail transit stations.(2)Determine the range of rail transit station and station classification.Beijing Rail Transit Line 6 is selected as the case study,and the method of "15 minutes’ walk" is adopted.According to the surrounding network conditions of each station,ArcGIS software is used to accurately identify the station area.The land use function data of Beijing is imported to judge the land use type and area within the site area.The land use diversity index is calculated according to the proportion of different types of land use area.The land use dominance index and land use evenness index are combined to judge the type of each site,which could be divided into residential type,public type,commercial service type,mixed type and industrial type.(3)Study the passenger flow and development intensity of rail transit station.According to the card swiping data of passengers in and out of subway stations,the passenger flow of subway stations is analyzed from the types of stations,spatio-temporal characteristics and morning and evening peak characteristics.It is found that the passenger flow of all stations on weekdays is higher than that of non-weekdays,and the passenger flow of stations in the middle of the line is higher than that of stations at both ends of the line.According to the area of each station and the building area of each station,the development intensity of each station is calculated and represented by the floor area ratio.The regression model is used to judge the correlation between the development intensity and the passenger flow of the station.The results show that there is a positive feedback relationship between the passenger flow of the station and the development intensity of the station area,especially for the hub station,the linear regression relationship is significantly correlated.(4)Study the relationship between passenger flow and land use of rail transit station.Based on the research on the development intensity of the station domain,the development scale of the station domain is further calculated,and the correlation between the development scale of the station domain and the passenger flow is studied by using the regression model.The results show that the correlation is higher than that between the development intensity and the passenger flow.Kendall correlation calculation is used to judge the relationship between passenger flow and land use function.The concept of station domain development function is innovatively proposed,two indexes of passenger flow and station domain development intensity are selected,entropy method is used to quantify the station domain development function,and the passenger flow of the hub station and the characteristics of station domain land use are analyzed. |
