Research On Progress Control Of Ship Construction Advance Operation Based On Work Package

Ship manufacturing project is a complex single product project.The lean management level of shipbuilding industry is continuously improving,and many shipbuilding enterprises are gradually moving towards the high-difficult manufacturing field such as marine equipment.The progress management of ship engineering runs through the whole ship manufacturing project.In order to adapt to the current situation of the improvement of lean level,this paper aims to find the progress management method suitable for ship manufacturing,so as to strengthen the progress control of the manufacturing process and ensure the successful completion of the key nodes of the project.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the progress control status of ship construction,and finally selects the earned value method as the basic theory of progress control in this paper.For the purpose of the application of earned value method in lean shipbuilding mode,the optimization research starts from the work decomposition of the advance stage of shipbuilding.The production plan is formulated based on work package based on BOM,and the earned value method suitable for shipbuilding mode is used to control the construction progress of the advance stage of shipbuilding based on the small schedule plan.The main research contents and results are as follows :(1)This thesis analyzes the current domestic mainstream ship enterprise assignment mode,and puts forward the work package decomposition method based on BOM.This paper summarizes the importance of BOM to the work package,sorts out the composition of BOM,and finally decomposes the task package in the early stage of ship construction based on BOM.(2)The production planning system of shipbuilding is analyzed and the small schedule planning system is established.The work package based on BOM decomposition is mainly associated with the small schedule plan.After sorting the work package and predicting the construction period,the small schedule plan in the advance stage of ship construction is scheduled based on the work package.At the same time,the improvement points of BOM on the small schedule plan are analyzed and summarized.Based on the cost decomposition structure,the preparation process of the cost plan is proposed.Finally,combining the cost plan with the production plan,the earned value method based data plan value is obtained.(3)The existing production data collection processes of domestic advanced shipbuilding enterprises are analyzed and summarized.Combined with the basic requirements of production data feedback,the basic feedback process is proposed.The actual cost and earned value of the basic data of earned value method are determined by combining the production data of the project detection with the production plan and cost plan.(4)By analyzing the traditional earned value method and ship engineering construction mode,the traditional earned value method is optimized,and the multi-level earned value method suitable for ship construction mode is obtained.Multi-level earned value analysis starts from the task package level,analyzes and summarizes the principle of multi-level earned value method in detail,and finally puts forward the schedule control measures for planning deviation and verifies them.
