Research On Quality Control Of WD Hospital Complex Construction Project

With the rapid development of China’s economy and social progress,people’s demand for medical and health services is also increasing,under the background of the comprehensive implementation of the new medical reform policy,China’s medical and health undertakings have made significant progress,but the difficulty of seeing a doctor is still the focus of China’s medical industry.One of the factors causing this situation is the difficulty in finding beds.In order to increase the supply of beds,improve patients’ medical environment and improve patients’ medical experience,major hospital construction projects have emerged.This project is a comprehensive building construction project of WD Hospital.The completion of the project can expand the supply of medical resources of WD Hospital,meet the increasing demand for beds,improve the level of medical infrastructure,adapt to the increasing needs of the majority of people’s medical and health services,and provide good modern medical and health services for the masses in the service area.Hospital construction projects are often tight,once the quality problems occur after the completion and acceptance of the project put into use,it will cause inconvenience to medical staff and patients,and even pose a threat to life safety.Therefore,it is particularly important to control the quality of WD Hospital complex construction project.This paper takes the construction project of WD Hospital complex as the research object,and studies its quality control from the perspective of the construction unit.First of all,after a brief introduction of the project’s construction difficulties,construction key points,construction conditions and schedule,this paper analyzes and expounds 5 project quality control elements such as 4M1 E,which is the man-machine physical method,according to the total quality management theory,and points out the direction for the following quality control plan preparation and quality control scheme formulation.Secondly,based on the construction contract,main specifications,engineering investigation report and other documents,the project quality control objectives are formulated.On this basis,the resources needed to achieve the project quality control objectives are expounded from five quality control elements such as man-machine physical method,and a specific quality control plan is formulated.Thirdly,on the basis of the project quality control plan,in order to achieve the quality control objectives,this paper formulated the project quality control plan respectively from five elements such as man-machine and physical environment,including the establishment of project quality management institutions and the division of powers and responsibilities,setting up key process quality control points and other specific strategies.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project quality control scheme,this paper puts forward safeguard measures from three aspects,such as system improvement,organization construction and information management.Through the research,we hope to provide certain guidance for the quality management work of construction units,and realize the project quality control objectives in three aspects: conforming to the national standard quality acceptance standard,eliminating major construction quality accidents,and preserving project quality management data.
