Research On The Influence Factors Of Emergency Information Collaboration In A Power Supply Enterprise Under Public Emergencies

In the course of sustained economic and social development,all kinds of public emergencies have ensued during the past few years,which badly increases the risk of the power network operation and also brings challenges to the power enterprises management.In the emergency management of power supply enterprises,Emergency information guides the operations of each emergency subject and promotes the coordination among the subjects of emergency information,and emergency information coordination can gather the internal economies of production to solve the stuck.However,the backward information development,organizational management,ideology and other problems have caused the shortage of emergency information coordination in power supply enterprises,which has affected the emergency repair efficiency to a certain extent.Therefore,how to improve emergency information coordination has become an important research topic for power supply enterprises.Based on the above,this paper select a power enterprise that is named code A as an example to introduce the current situation and existing problems of emergency information coordination in A power supply enterprise under public emergencies.Based on the ecological structure of emergency information in the information ecology theory,it is divided into four dimensions:emergency information,emergency information technology,emergency information subject and emergency information environment.Comprehensively and effectively identify the influencing factors of emergency information coordination in A power supply enterprise,and finally determine 19 influencing factors based on the actual situation of A power supply enterprise.In this paper,the Dematel-ISM model of the influence factors of emergency information coordination in power supply enterprise A has been constructed.Firstly,the fuzzy set theory is adopted to convert the suggestions of expert groups into determined values by using triangular fuzzy number,which makes the data more objective.Then,the DEMATEL method is used to obtain the influence degree,influence degree,cause degree and center degree of each influence factor.The key influencing factors are identified,and the ISM method is further introduced on the basis of DEMATEL method.The system hierarchy is divided by the ISM method,and the multi-layer ladder interpretation structure model of emergency information coordination in power supply enterprise A is constructed.The influence relationship between risk factors at different levels has been analyzed and the multi-layer ladder interpretation structure of influencing factors is divided into six layers.And the six layers of influencing factors are divided into root layer,middle layer and representation layer.Finally,according to the analysis of the key influencing factors in each level,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed for the emergency information coordination of A power supply enterprise.The research results of this paper will promote the degree of emergency information coordination of A power supply enterprise under public emergencies,achieve high-quality emergency cooperation,and help A power supply enterprise better cope with public emergencies and ensure stable power supply by improving emergency decision-making and management ability.
