| The development of urbanization has exacerbated transportation problems,and the construction of public transportation tracks is an effective way to alleviate pressure.The construction of Lanzhou Metro is the first project in China to pass through the Yellow River Tunnel.The conventional post evaluation methods for the project have limitations and one-sidedness.This article uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of entropy weight method for post evaluation,aiming to comprehensively consider various evaluation indicators and improve the scientific and reliable evaluation results.The research work of this article mainly includes the following content:Firstly,based on the collection and organization of domestic and foreign literature,this article determines the research background and significance of this paper.Then,it summarizes and analyzes the current research status of post project evaluation at home and abroad,in order to determine the research content and methods of this paper;And elaborate on relevant research,including an overview of project post evaluation and methods for post evaluation of subway construction projects;Afterwards,the post evaluation implementation and evaluation system construction of the subway project will be carried out.By visiting experts and conducting on-site research,summarize the key points of post evaluation for Lanzhou Metro construction projects,and summarize the suitable post evaluation indicators for Lanzhou Metro construction projects.Secondly,based on the specific situation of Lanzhou Metro Line 1,a post evaluation index evaluation system consisting of 4 secondary indicators and 22 tertiary indicators has been constructed.Next,collect relevant data,use the entropy weight method to calculate indicator weights,and then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to calculate the final post evaluation score.According to the principle of maximum membership in fuzzy mathematics,the comprehensive result of the post evaluation is medium.And the evaluation results of the four secondary indicators for Lanzhou Metro Line 1 post evaluation did not exceed 3 points.It can be seen that the Lanzhou Metro Line 1 project needs to be improved to a certain extent from four dimensions: economic benefits,sustainable development,impact,and construction.Finally,optimization suggestions for post evaluation of subway projects are proposed from four aspects: economic efficiency improvement,sustainable development improvement,impact improvement,and construction improvement,and corresponding guarantee measures are proposed.The research results of this article can provide some guidance for the later construction projects of Lanzhou Metro. |
