Research On The Post Evaluation To Thermoelectric Wusu(2×330MW Units) Project

With the advent of peak power construction in Xinjiang, investors for future development, should control all aspects and stages of the project put forward higher requirements.Through literature review and research methods, general research methods evaluated after this paper, one of four aspects of the thermoelectric Wusu (2 X 330MW units) construction projects, namely:the implementation of the project, project effectiveness and efficiency, environmental impact and social benefits, the project objectives and sustainability, conducted a comprehensive investigation and analysis and objective comparison of project decision-making, evaluation. On this basis, establish a scientific and reasonable under each criterion, the indicators for easy operation, the design of the logical framework table and success degree evaluation form, ultimately concluded that the degree of success of the project.
