| China is in an important period to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral",the traditional construction industry has high energy consumption,high pollution industry attributes,urgent need to transform and upgrade.Modern wood-concrete buildings are both safe and durable,but also meet the requirements of energy saving and emission reduction,which is important to solve the current dilemma.However,at this stage the practical application of wood-concrete composite buildings is relatively low,and the evaluation of economic efficiency has a greater impact on its application.Therefore,it is necessary to dig deeper into the influencing factors that restrict the development of wood-concrete composite structures,and on this basis to build a theoretical approach to the analysis of the economic benefits of wood-concrete composite buildings,so as to eliminate the concerns of the masses.This paper summarises the current situation of domestic and international research on woodconcrete composite buildings on the basis of reading and collating relevant data and literature,and concludes that such buildings have good application prospects.In order to better study the factors influencing the economic efficiency of wood-concrete composite buildings,this paper summarises and constructs a system of indicators for evaluating the economic efficiency of such buildings,including six main categories of structural safety and durability,construction cost,resource saving,people-friendly facilities and advanced production technology,as well as 23 conceptualised categories,taking into account the characteristics of the building structure.Based on the constructed index system and the research content,the subjective G1 method and the objective CRITIC method are innovatively combined to assign weights,and the set-pair analysis is combined with the object topology model to determine the criteria for the classification of benefit levels and establish a set-pair-topology coupled building economic benefit evaluation model under the combined assignment.Finally,the validity and adaptability of the model are verified by combining actual cases and traditional evaluation methods,and the evaluation results of the cases are analysed.The results show that the set-pair-topologically coupled model constructed in this paper has a high degree of fit with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of wood-concrete composite buildings,and that the economic efficiency of wood-concrete composite buildings has a high rating,in which the structural safety and durability part of the rating is the same as that of traditional reinforced concrete buildings,and the construction cost,resource saving and advanced production technology are better than those of traditional reinforced concrete buildings.The construction costs,resource savings and advanced production technologies are better than those of traditional reinforced concrete buildings.The index system,model and results of this paper can provide a theoretical method for the evaluation of the economic benefits of wood-concrete composite buildings,and can also provide a reference basis for the rational formulation of policies by relevant decision-making departments,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the development of wood-concrete composite buildings. |
