As a complex system,urban passenger transportation has been increasing year by year with the acceleration of urbanization.Energy consumption and environmental pollution have become key issues in urban transportation.Especially the increase in the use of private cars not only leads to more energy consumption and exhaust emissions,but also causes an imbalance in the transportation structure.In response to the national "dual carbon" goal and to make the urban passenger transportation system more efficient,scientific,and accurate,it is particularly necessary to improve the urban passenger transportation structure while saving energy and reducing carbon.Therefore,the original urban transportation structure needs to be improved and optimized to promote the low-carbon sustainable development of urban transportation and achieve the goal of "carbon peak,carbon neutrality" as soon as possible.This article first elaborates on the relevant theories of low-carbon transportation and the concept of "dual carbon" goals.It proposes that the core of low-carbon transportation is to guide residents’ travel modes to transform into low emission green transportation modes,which not only meets basic transportation needs but also reduces carbon dioxide emissions;It also interprets the concept of the "double carbon" goal,and points out that the transportation field,as the key research object of the "carbon neutrality,carbon peak" strategy,should be focused on.Analyze the influencing factors of various transportation modes in the urban transportation structure on the urban transportation structure,identify the main sources of carbon emissions from urban transportation,and achieve the "dual carbon" goal by transforming the urban transportation structure.This article analyzes the carbon emission reduction situation of passenger transportation in Lanzhou,points out the composition of passenger transportation structure and carbon emission source transportation mode,and establishes a carbon emission calculation model based on the passenger transportation situation and carbon emission situation in Lanzhou.Estimate the total carbon emissions of passenger transportation in Lanzhou City through data collection and parameter localization,and analyze the mode sharing of total emissions and future emission reduction potential.Based on the analysis of influencing factors mentioned earlier and the established carbon emission calculation model,the optimization objective functions are to maximize the overall efficiency of urban transportation,minimize the total carbon emissions,and generalized costs.The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to weight the cost indicators and perform sensitivity analysis.Establish a multi-objective optimization model for urban transportation structure,constrained by the total travel demand of residents,transportation energy consumption,transportation supply,transportation efficiency,and environmental conditions.Taking Lanzhou as an example,the ideal point method,linear weighting method,and hierarchical sequence method are used to solve the model.The calculation results of the objective function values of the optimization model under different methods are compared,and an ideal urban transportation structure based on the "dual carbon" goal is obtained.And a systematic analysis was conducted on the optimized urban transportation structure,transportation energy efficiency,urban transportation carbon dioxide emissions,and generalized costs.The conclusion indicates that the optimized urban passenger transportation turnover and sharing rate are more scientific and reasonable,verifying the feasibility of the model.This model not only ensures the travel benefits of passengers and reduces carbon emissions,but also achieves the minimization of urban generalized costs and the maximization of urban transportation efficiency.Finally,based on the optimization results,targeted strategies and suggestions for optimizing the passenger transportation structure in Lanzhou City,including resource allocation,transportation technology,policy subsidies,etc.,are proposed.
