Study On Construction Cost Control Of Expressway In Mountainous Area Of South Zhejiang Province

China plans to become a major transportation power by 2035.It is clearly proposed in the "14th Five-Year Plan" for Highway Development of Zhejiang Province that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,about 2,600 kilometers will be continued or started,and about1,100 kilometers will be completed in accordance with the policy of "expanding channels,unimpeded interprovincial,strengthening cities,increasing coverage and optimizing connection".This fully shows that the highway construction still has a huge market space,for the highway construction enterprises will be a historic development opportunity.However,with the development of infrastructure construction,the market competition of highway construction industry is increasingly intensified,and the full competition of the market also makes the profit margin of construction enterprises gradually lower.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a highway construction cost evaluation model to promote the improvement of highway construction cost control ability on the premise of ensuring the construction period,quality and safety,so as to improve the profitability of enterprises and help construction units to improve their competitiveness.First of all,the thesis discusses the various stages of the implementation of the highway project in the relevant concepts and theories,and expounds the related concepts and main work of the six stages of the implementation of the project.And from each stage of the implementation of the highway project,select the construction stage as the entry point to explain the construction cost of this stage,the direct labor cost and other 8 types of expenses are explained.In view of the characteristics of the expressway in the mountainous area of southern Zhejiang Province,such as rainy typhoon,high bridge and tunnel ratio and small operation surface,the construction cost control situation is taken as the specific research object to carry out the research on the construction cost control.Secondly,in the chapter of construction cost influencing factors identification,this paper explains the difference between highway construction in southern Zhejiang Mountain area and ordinary highway construction,thus leading to the theme of identification of influencing factors of high-speed construction in southern Zhejiang Mountain area.Then,six major cost factors identification principles such as comprehensiveness are used to guide the identification of cost factors.Then through literature analysis and case analysis,the influential factors of construction cost are identified.In order to ensure the scientificity of the influential factors and reduce the mutual influence between the influential factors,the expert investigation method is used to further analyze and sort out the identified influential factors.Finally,after revising and sorting out 42 influencing factors,23 main influencing factors are formed,and the above influencing factors are divided into four categories according to the construction process.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the expressway in southern Zhejiang Mountain area through the analytic hierarchy process,and then analyzes the cost management effectiveness at each stage by using the entropy weight method.Finally,it makes a comprehensive evaluation of the top ten main cost influencing factors of the expressway construction in southern Zhejiang Mountain area.The next step is to focus on the analysis of the above ten cost factors,and get specific measures to improve cost control.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the main influencing factors of the expressway in southern Zhejiang Mountain area through the analytic hierarchy process,and then analyzes the cost management effectiveness at each stage by using the entropy weight method.Finally,it makes a comprehensive evaluation of the top ten main cost influencing factors of the expressway construction in southern Zhejiang Mountain area.The next step is to focus on the analysis of the above ten cost factors,and get specific measures to improve cost control.In summary,through the establishment of the highway construction cost evaluation model in southern Zhejiang mountain area,this paper sorts out the main influencing factors of the highway construction cost in southern Zhejiang mountain area,and puts forward targeted measures to guide the subsequent mountain highway construction,providing an effective reference for construction enterprises to carry out the cost control of mountain highway construction.
