| The construction of smart construction site based on BIM Technology is one of the hot spots and development trends in the construction industry at present,and the promotion and development of EPC mode provides an opportunity for this.First of all,the core of EPC mode is consistent with the purpose of smart site construction,which is to improve efficiency.Secondly,the unified management of EPC model for design and construction can establish a BIM based intelligent construction site construction mechanism based on the needs and difficulties of the project,including the ability to develop a unified BIM application scheme,the establishment of a BIM collaborative work team,etc.However,most of the previous EPC projects did not give full play to the advantages of EPC.The key lies in that the design unit and the construction unit did not form an organic whole.Their BIM implementation scheme,standards,management system and smart site construction system are based on the experience of previous projects.This often leads to the project’s intelligent construction out of demand,not to mention the formation of joint forces.At the same time,in the past projects,the comprehensive benefits of BIM based smart site construction are difficult to assess,there are many indicators that cannot be quantified,such as the experience of managers,communication efficiency,etc.;it is also difficult to set a unified unit between the indicators that can be quantified,such as progress and cost indicators;quality and safety management benefits can not be objectively calculated,which is related to too many factors Union and coincidence.This paper takes the construction of intelligent construction site of an International Campus(EPC)project of a university as the research object,studies how to fully combine the advantages of EPC and BIM,carry out the construction of intelligent construction site based on BIM,and based on the effect of the whole project,through the meeting marking of project management personnel and experts,combined with the comprehensive evaluation of benefits established by AHP and fuzzy analysis The system makes a comprehensive evaluation of the benefits for the construction of the project’s smart site.In this paper,the construction of smart construction site based on BIM of EPC project is carried out as follows:First of all,establish WBS structure and management system for smart construction site based on BIM Technology,determine implementation objectives,BIM implementation plan for the whole process,build organizational structure,prepare BIM implementation plan,and develop process management system;thus,complete the confirmation of construction ideas and benefit evaluation indexes,and build a comprehensive benefit evaluation system.Secondly,the construction and implementation of smart construction site based on BIM Technology,BIM Technology is applied in three aspects,the first is the design stage,including design scheme optimization,forward design,assembly design,multi-disciplinary coordination and collision inspection,in-depth design,cost control,etc.;the second is the construction stage,including quality and safety management,assembly management,schedule management,three site layout,etc;Third,digital operation and maintenance based on BIM Technology,including CIM and completion model.Finally,based on BIM,the construction benefit evaluation of smart construction site includes the determination of the index weight and evaluation set of the comprehensive benefit evaluation,the summary analysis of the actual project score and the multi-level fuzzy evaluation of the comprehensive benefit of the project.It is found that,first,the design led EPC mode has advantages in BIM based smart site construction of the project;second,sufficient demand and feature analysis should be done in the early stage of the project,and WBS decomposition structure should be prepared according to the work content.Establish a complete construction system according to WBS,including unified objectives,planning of the whole process,organizational structure,implementation scheme and process management system;third,in the design,construction,and operation and maintenance preparation stage,give full play to the advantages of BIM Technology according to the implementation scheme,closely focus on the management objectives,and implement the work in practice.Fourth,establish an evaluation system to evaluate the project.The final comprehensive evaluation price calculation result shows that 59.1% of the project’s BIM based smart site construction is likely to be excellent.According to a principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,that is,the maximum membership degree is excellent is feasible.Therefore,the BIM based smart site construction evaluation of the project is concluded to be excellent.The engineering practice of the International Campus project of the university has proved that the construction management system of the intelligent construction site based on BIM Technology of the EPC project is conducive to the implementation of the project’s intelligent construction site,and the established comprehensive benefit evaluation system can meet the project’s evaluation of Bim and the construction of the intelligent construction site,and provide a good reference for the EPC project to implement the construction of the intelligent construction site based on BIM. |
