In today’s fast development of Metro engineering construction,China’s subway construction accidents often happen in the process,which bring huge loss to Metro project.How to avoid the occurrence of the accidents,and improve construction site safety benefit,that must be faced Metro project development issues in the future.In the construction of Metro construction site safety management in enterprises is particularly important,directly from the source of accidents,to control the insecurity.Therefore,in order to improve construction site safety management work,you need to analyze and evaluate the factors,and to evaluation of subway construction site safety management level of enterprise,for construction companies to provide an objective assessment criteria for the protection of the smooth construction of the subway project.First of all,starting from the subway construction site safety management,leading to shortage of construction site safety management,through the analysis of typical construction site accidents,the factors influencing safety accidents,after comparison of the cause of the accident concluded,referring to relevant normative standards and research scholar research,through comparative research and study on method of extraction factors of impact of Metro construction site safety management level of enterprise,that is People-Machinery-Material-Environment-System.According to the principle of evaluation index based on national standards and enterprise standards,filtering out the effects of specific factors of Metro construction site safety management level of enterprise,using ISM,and underground status and characteristics of field security management in construction enterprise from personnel management,equipment management,material management,environmental management and constructing an evaluation index system in the five areas of system management.Because the index has recursive hierarchy,it use qualitative and quantitative AHP method to determine the weight of each index,combined with the evaluation of fuzzy,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the subway construction site safety management level of enterprises,and the establishment of evaluation model.Finally,using the model with subway construction enterprise application,evaluation results are obtained,presented insufficient according to the actual situation of the enterprise improvement strategies or suggestions are put forward,verify the scientific nature and applicability.Through the research and establishment of a metro construction site safety management assessment model,to evaluate overall safety management in construction site,for Metro construction enterprises to improve construction site safety supervision and evaluation reference,as well as organizations discover the site safety management issues and the rectification provided references.
