| With the continuous development of China’s economy,people’s living standards have also been improved,especially in the consumption of cars.At present,transportation tools such as automobile can be seen everywhere in China.The continuous popularization of automobile in China also promotes the development of automobile parts industry.China has a large scale of auto parts market,in which there are a large number of enterprises.However,according to the development history of domestic auto parts industry,due to the influence of system,training and other related factors,the quality of technical personnel is low,resulting in low parts quality.However,in the increasingly competitive auto parts industry,staff instability has become a very serious problem.Under such circumstances,scientific and reasonable incentives for employees have become an important task.For the technology-oriented industry,its development goal is to obtain more profits,and in the implementation of corporate strategic goals,enterprise employees play an important role,especially technical personnel.Therefore,how should the enterprise carry on the effective management and the stimulation to the technical personnel,enhances the enterprise main technical talented person’s stability,enhances them to work the enthusiasm and the initiative,this has the important function to the enterprise’s rapid stable development.The study of M company as a concrete object,in organizing the incentive theory and related literature,the research process of using the literature research and questionnaire survey,the first survey of the current situation of M company technical personnel’s motivation and employee satisfaction,and in-depth analysis of the company for technical personnel incentive mechanism,summarizes the company adopt the incentive mechanism of the problems.And on this basis,according to the actual needs of technical personnel,the corresponding improvement plan is formulated for the incentive mechanism of M company.In the end,the corresponding safeguard measures are formulated for the improved incentive mechanism,andcorresponding solutions are formulated for the problems that may be encountered in the implementation process.According to the research results can see that,through the comprehensive elaboration of M company technical personnel incentive mechanism,found that M of the main problems in the company technical personnel incentive mechanism including salary incentive effect did not highlight,spiritual motivation and performance appraisal system seriously short,career development demands implementation difficulties,lack of education and training to develop incentives provide these aspects.While in this paper,according to the practical problems,redesigned the M company technical personnel incentive mechanism optimization scheme and concrete measures,including setting objectives,principles,ideas,and set up employee environment supporting demand performance evaluation system,the formation of incentive mechanism based on staff development demand,starting from the technical staff salary welfare to establish incentive mechanism,based on spiritual and material level of employee motivation,and special safeguard measures are put forward,on the company’s long-term development and win the market competition is of realistic and positive significance. |
