| Energy is the foundation of human survival and development,and plays an important strategic role in national economy,However,since the 20th century,with the rapid development of economy,traditional energy resources are decreasing day by day,the contradiction between the rapid increase of energy demand and the shortage of supply capacity is becoming increasingly prominent,and the problem of energy crisis and environmental problems is becoming increasingly prominent.Energy efficiency,or energy efficiency,refers to the ratio of the amount of energy available to the total amount of energy consumed in the process of energy utilization.The evaluation of energy efficiency of the industry can help improve the energy efficiency of the industry,which means that less energy needs to be invested to meet the same demand of users and achieve the same effect.Improving energy efficiency helps easing the contradiction between supply and demand,helps protecting the environment and reduces investment in energy infrastructure.First of all,this paper lists the main methods of subjective weighting method and objective weighting method,and briefly describes the main contents of each method.In the aspect of comprehensive evaluation methods,according to the theoretical basis of each evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation methods are divided into four categories,and each evaluation method is summarized.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of each weighting method and evaluation method,combined with the research object and purpose of this paper,BWM method,entropy weight method and TOPSIS method are finally selected as the research methods of this paper.An energy efficiency evaluation model based on Bwm-entropy weight method and TOPSIS method is constructed,which lays a theoretical foundation for evaluating the energy efficiency of key power industries in a province and proposing relevant energy efficiency improvement strategies.Secondly,based on the proportion of industrial electricity consumption in the whole society,the industrial and commercial industries in the statistical yearbook of a province were sorted and the key electricity consumption industries were selected.Then,the comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate the energy efficiency of key electricity industries,and the evaluation results were analyzed.The indexes were sorted according to the combined weight and the value in the standardized matrix.The ranking of the standard matrix and the comprehensive weight ranking of each index were considered comprehensively,and the important indexes were selected as the research object of the promotion strategy.Finally,according to the characteristics and calculation methods of each index,combined with the specific production process of the industry,relevant energy efficiency improvement strategies are proposed. |
