As the leader of the economic development of Shaanxi County,the economic development of Fugu County is affected by the period of domestic economic shift and upgrading,and there is a slow trend.Under the influence of energy saving and emission reduction,we need to evaluate the energy efficiency of Fugu power plant systematically,and evaluate whether the energy efficiency of Fugu power plant is up to the national standard.This will not only directly promote the economic development of Fugu,but also drive the rapid development of related industries.This is also a concrete manifestation of local governments and investors implementing Scientific Outlook on Development,building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and implementing the strategic goal of energy efficiency and emission reduction.Fugu power plant energy efficiency evaluation to the comprehensive evaluation of energy efficiency,find out the weak link of the energy efficiency of Fugu power plant,through a series of measures,such as power generation equipment,the introduction of new power generation technologies,improve the operation and management of Fugu water power plant is equal,the final purpose is to achieve energy saving of the whole power plant in Fugu power plant,improve the overall level of energy efficiency.This paper takes Fugu power plant as the main object of analysis,taking power supply coal consumption as the main starting point.Taking the energy efficiency of Fugu power plant as the object of evaluation,the upper level leader of Fugu power plant as an evaluator launched a comprehensive evaluation study on the energy efficiency of Fugu power plant.Combined with the introduction of the construction status and key parameters of Fugu power plant,as well as the detailed introduction of comprehensive evaluation theory and key technology and characteristics,it does not violate the principle of building a comprehensive evaluation index system of energy efficiency,and finally constructs the 4 aspects of Fugu,including economic index,reliability index,environmental protection index and operational index.The comprehensive evaluation index system of energy efficiency in power plant.On this basis,through consulting 10 experts,the ordinal relation method is used to index the index,and the matter-element extension comprehensive evaluation model is used as a comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,taking Fugu power plant #1 unit and #2 unit as an example,a case study is carried out.Through the comprehensive evaluation results,the energy saving and emission reduction potential of the two units in Fugu power plant is fully stimulated,which provides a new direction for the energy saving and emission reduction work of Fugu power plant,and provides a decision reference for the improvement of the energy efficiency of the Fugu power plant,and strengthens the competitiveness of the comprehensive market competition of the Fugu power plant.On the basis of the evaluation,the sensitivity analysis of four first level indexes of energy efficiency is made.The results show that the emphasis of the measures for energy efficiency improvement in Fugu power plant should be put on the economy.
