With the rapid development of the economy and society,the demand for various minerals and fossil fuels is rapidly increasing all over the world.However,the uneven geographical distribution of various resources makes the trade and freight of resources occupy a position that can hardly be ignored in human production and life.Shipping has always been the almost only way for long-distance transnational transportation of bulk commodities.Therefore,based on the mining and analysis of the massive data accumulated by shipping,it is especially important to realize the location tracking of ships,as well as the updating of their ship archives and the statistical and visualized management of voyage data.The research purpose of this paper is to design and build a complete global positioning management system for all kinds of ships based on GIS,and to realize real-time coordinate positioning of each ship as well as statistical analysis of status information and voyage data based on historical and real-time collected ship AIS signals.The specific implementation and process of this system are as follows.1.This paper proposes an optimized distributed clustering algorithm based on traditional DBSCAN.The data is pre partitioned according to the geographical location of the original data,and the clustering calculation after partitioning is completed using the Spark computing engine.This achieves precise positioning of major global berths,and completes the berthing flow extraction of the ship’s historical trajectory based on accurate berth coordinates,successfully identifying the loading and unloading behavior in the ship’s historical navigation trajectory,and realizing the division and statistical analysis of voyages.2.This paper proposes an optimized OpenLayers front-end map framework,which realizes simple coordinate correction logic for offset coordinates and the correct unfolding of folded coordinates,and builds a complete GIS ship positioning management system.By regularly updating the data in the database,the system achieves real-time positioning updates of ships,intuitive visualization display of ship archives and historical sailing trajectories.3.Based on the need to improve the user’s interactive experience,this paper provides users with customized services.Users can receive email or WeChat message reminders when ships enter designated sea areas or berth through operations such as collecting fleets and adding reminders.Stay upto-date with the latest news on ships.
