Along with the rapid development of science and technology,digital technology has permeated into every aspect of the society,and smart transportation cards are one of them.Smart transportation card projects are generally jointly built by multiple parties,involving multiple companies and departments,and the project complexity is high;digitalization has a common feature,that is,continuous development and change;in addition,smart transportation cards can also integrate multiple business functions,In the process of project construction,there are many demands and frequent changes,and the update and iteration speed is fast.During the process,Risks that influence project progress and quality are liable to occur and cause great economic loss.Project risk management is of particular importance to reduce losses due to risk factors during the construction process,project risk management has become particularly important;effectively identifying and evaluating risk factors,taking reasonable risk response measures,and strengthening risk monitoring are necessary means to ensure smooth project delivery.Under the background of the rapid development of digitalization,this paper takes T company’s smart traffic card project as the research target,combines its project characteristics and actual project conditions,and uses the general risk management theory to study the risk management of the project in depth,and conducts an analysis of the project risk.After detailed analysis,it also focuses on several aspects of project management,such as risk planning,identification,evaluation,response and control,in order to achieve the best management effect.Through the brainstorming method and the Delphi method to can effectively understand the problems at each stage of the project,identify 22 risk factors of six types of risks,and then use the analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method to characterize and evaluate the risk points quantitative analysis.Also,sort by their risk value,and formulate a set of practical risk response strategies for each risk factor in combination with the actual situation of the project,and then complete the effective supervision of project risk according to the risk monitoring process.In T company’s smart transportation card project,the most dangerous risk factors are the impact of demand and technical risk,,That will affect the progress and the release of the project,and the solution and monitoring of these risks need more attention.This article applies the risk management theory to the field of smart traffic cards,which helps T company to carry out risk management in the construction process of smart traffic card projects;at the same time,The conclusions of this research also have certain reference significance for engineering risk management in similar industries.
