Research On The Training Of Migrant Workers In M Construction Investment Group Based On The Needs Of Professionalization

With the continuous development of China's social economy,China's construction industry has also been rapid development,so the requirements for the degree of migrant workers' professionalization are increasingly high.Therefore,based on the professional needs of migrant workers training will gradually have a certain market.In this paper,574 migrant workers from M Construction Investment Group are selected as effective samples for research,guided by human capital theory and Maslow's demand level theory,and the collected data are analyzed by descriptive statistics.Based on the research on the current situation of migrant workers,compared with industrial workers,it is found that the vocational training of migrant workers working in from the M Construction Investment Group has not been paid enough attention,and the relevant training work has not been standardized.There are still many problems,such as the lack of sufficient teachers,the lack of corresponding capital investment,the lack of perfect management system and the lack of assessment of training effect.To some extent,these problems restrict the development of migrant workers' training.In the current situation analysis and empirical analysis,it is also found that training methods,training course arrangement,training organization mode,training content,teacher allocation and so on have an important impact on the effectiveness of vocational training.The personal characteristics and organizational factors of migrant workers have a positive role in promoting the vocational training of migrant workers.In order to improve the effect of vocational training for migrant workers,the government,enterprises,non-profit organizations and migrant workers should strengthen cooperation.First of all,improve the policies and regulations of migrant workers training;second,increase the investment in migrant workers training;third,establish and improve the ability assessment and appraisal of migrant workers;fourth,establish and improve the incentive mechanism of migrant workers training.
