Research On Capacity Cooperation Between China And Kazakhstan In The Energy Sector

With the weak world market and downward pressure of macro economy,China’s economic and social development is gradually entering a new normal,and the social contradictions of overcapacity and backward industrial transformation need to be solved urgently.To address these challenges,China is actively promoting the Belt and Road Initiative to promote friendship and exchanges with Eurasian countries.The cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is particularly profound.There are timehonored cultural roots,strong economic cooperation and extensive artistic exchanges between the two countries.During his visit to Kazakhstan,Premier Li Keqiang successfully put forward the planning concept of "global resource coordination",and reached significant agreement with Kazakh Minister Masimov on deepening the coordination of resources between China and Kazakhstan,actively promoting the coordination of resources and production capacity between China and Kazakhstan,and coordinating the planning of domestic infrastructure construction between China and Kazakhstan.The study of production cooperation between China and Kazakhstan can not only promote the economic and trade relations between China and Kazakhstan,promote the coordinated development and upgrading of the industries between China and Kazakhstan,but also provide some research references for the production cooperation in the stunted areas.The research on production capacity cooperation in energy field between China and Kazakhstan has important reference value for promoting economic and trade relations,promoting industrial coordinated development and improving economic development level,especially for the development of stunted areas.Although ChinaKazakhstan energy cooperation has made remarkable achievements,it still faces problems and challenges in policy,technology and market.Therefore,to further promote cooperation,feasible proposals include strengthening policy coordination,promoting technological innovation,optimizing cooperation models,strengthening risk management,and expanding cooperation areas.Promoting energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan not only contributes to deepening and expanding economic cooperation between the two countries,but also strengthens economic ties in Central Asia.This is of positive significance to promoting regional economic prosperity and stability.
