| In the context of global energy structure reform,both China and Kazakhstan are vigorously promoting the development of their new energy industry and actively seeking international cooperation in the field of new energy.In recent years,with the strong support of the policies of the two governments,the new energy industry in all countries has made certain progress,and the investment in the new energy field of the two countries is also increasing.In2013,China put forward the "One Belt And One Road" initiative,which created an opportunity for new energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.In 2016,leaders of China and Kazakhstan witnessed the successful connection between China's "One Belt And One Road" and Kazakhstan's "bright road" policy.Cooperation in new energy has become a new highlight of bilateral trade.The urgent demand for energy transformation between China and Kazakhstan as well as the natural complementarity between China's technological advantages and Kazakhstan's advantages in new energy reserves provide convenient conditions for bilateral new energy cooperation.The new energy cooperation between China and Kazakhstan is an important decision for the two countries to cope with environmental degradation.While carrying out cooperation,the two countries should also address the various challenges in the cooperation.Articles in the "area" all the way this paper expounds the background environment,a new energy cooperation of relevant theoretical basis,at the same time,analyzes the China and the new energy cooperation and the basis of the status quo,pointed out that the two countries in many aspects that new energy cooperation in the field of no small achievements,combined with the "area" platform advantages for development has injected new energy cooperation between the two countries.The two countries also face some challenges in the process of new energy cooperation,such as the stability of the political system of Kazakhstan,the domestic economic situation of Kazakhstan and external pressure faced by China and Kazakhstan.Through the establishment of autoregressive model to explore the relationship between carbon dioxide,GDP and new energy cooperation index,and to study the relationship between new energy cooperation and economy and environment,so as to reflect the inevitability of China-Kazakhstan new energy cooperation.At the same time,considering the new energy cooperation between the two countries finally participants for the enterprise,through the establishment of evolutionary game model,the analysis of the new energy enterprise cooperation process and rules of spontaneous evolution,analyzes its dynamic evolution process so as to reveal the characteristics of new energy cooperation and dynamic evolution path,analysis the influence of China and the countries to development of new energy cooperation.In order to deepen the cooperation and development in the field of new energy between China and Kazakhstan,the following Suggestions are put forward:1)from the perspective of international cooperation,it is necessary to enhance the cooperation intention of the two countries,establish and improve the China-Kazakhstan new energy cooperation system,enhance the cultural exchanges between the two countries,enhance mutual recognition,and build an information exchange platform.2)at the level of government policies,government incentives and support should be strengthened at the initial stage of development,governmentsupport should be given at the level of demand,supply side reform should be deepened in the energy sector,and the position of government and market should be appropriately changed.3)improve the enterprise's international business ability,pay close attention to the national policies of Kazakhstan and China,clarify the main direction of cooperation,make full use of the convenient conditions and preferential policies provided by the country and the government,expand the new energy industry,and realize sustainable interests. |
