Compared to the current black and white roads,colored asphalt pavement not only beautifies the city and highlights its characteristics and style,but also induces traffic,eliminates visual fatigue for drivers,and reduces the incidence of traffic accidents.Therefore,colored asphalt is widely used as a modern new type of paving material in major cities and places.However,the current colored road surface also faces some problems.The thick colored road surface laid at the entrance and exit of the tunnel can lead to high economic costs,while the thin colored road surface laid at the entrance and exit of the tunnel can lead to poor wear resistance and weak skid resistance under long-term vehicle loads.In order to solve this series of problems,this study used waste ceramic particles as aggregates to replace some fine aggregates and mixed them into the emulsified asphalt slurry seal mixture to prepare a color slurry seal layer that is wear-resistant,anti-skid,waterproof,energy-saving,environmentally friendly,and convenient for construction,thus solving the above problems.Firstly,the performance analysis of raw materials and the preparation process of self-made light colored asphalt were studied.Then,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the influence of the content of each component of the raw materials on the performance of light colored asphalt.The optimal preparation ratio range of light colored asphalt binder was obtained,which includes 50% resin A,5% resin B,8% plasticizer,4%-7% SBS,and 4%-7% SBR.By adding different colors and ratios of inorganic pigments to self-made light colored asphalt,the color luster of colored asphalt was studied,and the influence of inorganic pigments on the temperature sensitivity and high and low temperature performance of colored asphalt binder was analyzed.Finally,15% red pigment,10% yellow pigment,and 20% green pigment were used to prepare colored asphalt binder.Secondly,through the preparation and analysis of modified emulsified light colored asphalt,CMK-50 emulsifier and Cacl2 inorganic stabilizer were selected to emulsify the self-made light colored asphalt binder in a soap solution with a p H value of approximately 2.Through the analysis of the 1-day and 5-day storage stability of emulsified asphalt with different dosages of emulsifier and stabilizer,the optimal dosage of emulsifier was determined to be 2.0%,the optimal dosage of stabilizer Cacl2 was determined to be 0.6%,and the optimal dosage of modifier was determined to be 3.5%,Prepare light colored modified emulsified asphalt.Finally,ceramic particles,aggregates,pigments,and self-made modified emulsified asphalt were mixed to prepare a colored slurry seal layer.Adhesion and wet wheel wear tests were conducted on the slurry mixture.The ES-2 type colored slurry seal layer mixture was selected with a maximum gradation of A mineral material: B mineral material: cement: ceramic particles=12%: 76%: 2%: 10%,with a replacement amount of 10% for waste ceramics and an optimal oil-stone ratio of 7.4%for emulsified asphalt mixture.
