With the development of computer simulation technology in the information age of technology,computer simulation software is increasingly being applied to the design,development,inspection,and verification of fuze products.The laboratory testing of fuzes has gradually shifted from building a simulated environment field in the laboratory to using computer simulation software to complete multi-physical field coupling virtual prototype simulation experiments.The development and transformation of test methods have greatly shortened the work cycle of fuzes in various stages such as design,research and development,verification,and inspection,which is of great significance for the research of military weapons in the new era.Starting from reality,this paper designs a clock mechanism with a return torque fuze based on the Swiss Dix dual purpose fuze and relevant literature.A virtual prototype model of the clock mechanism was established using three-dimensional modeling software and dynamic simulation software,and dynamic simulation and finite element analysis were conducted using computer simulation software.Firstly,taking the whole as the research object,a virtual prototype model of the clock mechanism was established in the Adams software.The dynamics simulation of the model was conducted using the Adams software,and the timing time of the clock mechanism at different bullet speeds was obtained.Through theoretical analysis,the relationship between the bullet speed and the timing time of the clock mechanism was elaborated.Secondly,in the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the impact of the free fall of the fuze body on the internal mechanism under the service processing environment was simulated,as well as the safety situation of the fuze body falling into the hard target plate with the maximum impact inertia force,and the balance pendulum safety mechanism was simulated;The bending deformation of the inner hairspring of the clock mechanism under the influence of centrifugal force in the launching environment is analyzed;The deformation of the inner splint of the fuze under the influence of the recoil force in the projectile launch environment is analyzed;The bending strength of the gear teeth of the clock mechanism gear train was checked.The feasibility of structural design is verified by analyzing the simulation results.
