| The Two-Way-Stop-Controlled(TWSC)intersections is an important traffic node of the urban traffic network.The disorder of vehicular traffic inside the intersection greatly increases the traffic complexity and driving risk of the intersection.In order to explore the impact of the two driving behaviors of compliant driving and non-compliant driving in the TWSC intersection on the traffic efficiency and traffic safety of the intersection,the research on the simulation model of vehicles in the TWSC intersection combined with vehicle agent is carried out.Firstly,the vehicle agent model is established for vehicles with different driving behaviors.After determining the vehicle driving trajectory curve,the driving behavior characteristics of the vehicle are studied for the analysis and determination of vehicle making the crossing decision in different flow directions.Secondly,the driving characteristics of vehicles at intersections are studied,the vehicle dynamics model is established based on IDM model,and the traversable gap calculation model is constructed to determine the time of vehicle making the crossing decision.After screening and classifying the vehicle trajectory data,the genetic algorithm is used to calibrate the parameter range of the established model.The calibrated vehicle dynamics model and the traversable gap calculation model are used for the simulation of typical traffic conflict scenarios.The fitting results of the simulated vehicle trajectory data and the observed vehicle trajectory data show that the time error for the vehicle to make the crossing decision by the traversable gap calculation model is about 1 second,and the trajectory errors obtained from the simulation of the vehicle dynamics model are all within the acceptable range,indicating that the model is more accurate and efficient than IDM model in the application of vehicle simulation at intersections.Finally,the traffic operation of the TWSC intersection is studied when both compliant and non-compliant driving behaviors exist in lowpriority vehicles.The traffic efficiency and traffic safety of the TWSC intersection under different compliance rates are explored.The results show that when the vehicle compliance rate does not increase,the maximum one-way traffic capacity of vehicles on the minor road shows a downward trend,and the travel delay of vehicles at the intersection gradually increases;When the line-of-sight conditions at the TWSC intersection are poor,with the increase of the proportion of non-compliant vehicles,the number of times the vehicles inside the intersection are caught in a dilemma gradually increases,and the safety of the intersection is reduced. |
