| The protection and shaping of cityscape is an important proposition of the times.Under the policy requirements of strictly controlling the development of super high-rise buildings,the landscape value of modern landmark skyline,as a scarce window to highlight the urban humanistic style,will become increasingly prominent.How to reasonably control the building height is a difficult problem to maintain the form order of modern landmark skyline,which needs to be controlled in a refined way.A series of indexes have emerged in the research related to height control of modern landmark skyline,focusing on the quantitative description of the "landmark prominence" and "overall volatility" of the outline boundary.However,overall the indexes show that "there are many conceptual algorithms,and it is difficult to choose for control,that is what to use?" And "the value range is different,and it is difficult to use for control,that is how to use it?" two major problems,so it is unable to use indexes to control building height in real management.Because the above outline rhythm index indexes are the objective intermediary to measure the level of visual perception,the research makes it clear that clarifying and analyzing the index combined with the law of visual perception is the key to solve the problem of skyline height control.Based on the above thinking,the research method is established based on the theory and method of visual perception,and the experimental framework of visual perception of modern landmark skyline is constructed: through the environmental attribute perception experiment,the subjective perception level is measured by SD method,and the reasonable indicators suitable for the perception level are selected by correlation analysis;Through the aesthetic preference evaluation experiment,the subjective preference level is measured by dual comparison method,and the control range of adaptation index is discussed by regression analysis.The main conclusions are as follows: 1)the theory and method of visual perception are the basis of modern landmark skyline height control through outline rhythm index.Thus,the index derived by the experiment is the index that fits with the level of public environmental attribute perception,and the index control range is determined by the public’s aesthetic preference level.2)Through the environmental attribute perception experiment,it is concluded that the public has a high consensus on the "landmark prominence" and "overall volatility" of the modern landmark skyline.The preferred index of landmark prominence is the primacy of the landmark building,and the preferred index of overall volatility is the building fluctuation.The calculation object of the above two adaptation indexes is the height of all buildings in the skyline scene.It can be seen that the human eye perceives the modern landmark skyline scene with strong global view and high precision.3)Through the aesthetic preference evaluation experiment,it is concluded that the public also has a certain consensus on the aesthetic preference of modern landmark skyline.Obtaining the primacy index of landmark buildings is the main influencing factor of aesthetic preference score.With the increase of index value,the preference level "increases first and then decreases";The influence of architectural fluctuation index on aesthetic preference is based on the primacy index,which shows that "the relative level difference between the primacy of landmark buildings and architectural fluctuation" is the secondary adjustment factor affecting the score of aesthetic preference.With the increase of index value,the preference level gradually decreases.Based on the influence of two index factors on aesthetic preference,an evaluation and prediction model of aesthetic preference is established.4)Put forward the height control framework proposal of modern landmark skyline buildings with index interval control as the core,control system operation as the guarantee and public participation as the hope,emphasize the hierarchical and classified index control interval of "maintaining the bottom line and promoting the high line",and guide the urban space paradigm containing public aesthetic logic. |
