Historic Area At High-floor Density Research On The Integration Of Old And New

High-rise high density is Asia,especially in the urban quality development transformation of the general situation and trend,and the old building city location with location and population advantages,with high-rise high density development,but because of its bearing special historical value and place value,and must be preserved and protected.This leads to the dilemma of many cities in the condition of high density.— — either pays one-sided attention to development and ignores protection,leading to the destruction of historical areas and old buildings,or pays one-sided attention to the protection of new towns and land expansion.Around this background,this paper studies the integration of old and new historical areas in the condition of high density,and studies the design of Mingyuan Li plot in the historical area of Pukou Railway Station.First of all,on the theoretical level,on the one hand,this paper,focusing on the high-density topic,studies its definition,cause conditions,development trajectory and general characteristics,and studies the current situation and trend under the background of China’s urbanization,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages from the aspects of natural ecology,urban operation and maintenance,and life experience.On the other hand,we define the relevant concepts of historical lot and the integration of old and new,analyze the historical lot,old building body and extension value,as well as the components of history,ecology and humanity,and take them as the objects of new buildings under the condition of high-rise high density.On this basis,the paper analyzes the current situation and demands of high-density development in the historical area,two one-sided attitudes on protection and development,and the above practical difficulties caused to the historical area,and explores the complementary advantages of historical area and high-density development.Along the idea of applying the complementarity of the two,the design concepts and concepts that should be upheld by the new buildings in the historical area in integrating with the historical environment,ecological environment and cultural environment are summarized under the condition of high density.Then,combined with the related cases of high-rise high density city,from the practical level in the high density condition,how to realize the balance development and protection contradiction,the old and new,create based on historical place,pleasant active high density urban space design goal,and then the specific design technique of old and new fusion,it and the above theoretical principle for the design methodology,and complementary advantages of protection and development.Finally,taking the integration design of the Mingyuanli plot of Pukou Railway Station as an example,the application of the old and new integration strategy is discussed in practical projects.The last part of this article is the text discussion part,the full text is about 77,000 words,more than110 charts(groups).The next part is the architectural design text of the Mingyuan Li plot in Pukou Railway Station area.
