| In order to improve the efficiency of parts production and guarantee the product supply task,Y Company,a subsidiary of AECC,intends to build a set of flexible manufacturing cell with a series of parts of an aero-engine case as the object.For project construction,this essay designed the production process and unit scheduling for online parts which are the key parts of project construction to provide the technical proposal for project construction.Based on this,the main research contents of this essay are as follows.1.Firstly,this essay proposed the research objectives by explaining the research background and research significance,and arranged the research contents and technical route of this essay by elaborating,analyzing and summarizing the national and abroad current research status of cutting processing and flexible scheduling of aero-engine parts.2.By analyzing the production background of a certain series of aircraft engine cases as the research object,a process route for the parts was developed;Designed a flexible quick change fixture for parts and conduct finite element simulation verification on it;Designed a machining plan for the parts using CAM technology,and verified the machining program through simulation;Designed auxiliary processes for part processing,and ultimately determined the process duration of the part.3.Based on the actual production scheduling requirements,a multi-objective scheduling model is established with the goal of minimizing the maximum completion time of the unit,minimizing the bottleneck equipment load,and minimizing the total load of the unit equipment;An improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is proposed and its advantages are verified.The maximum completion time target is reduced by 19.5%compared to traditional algorithm calculation,the bottleneck equipment load target is reduced by 40.5% compared to traditional algorithm calculation,and the total unit equipment load is reduced by 20.6% compared to traditional algorithm calculation.Finally,a unit part process scheduling scheme is solved by the improved algorithm based on Matlab4.Based on the part process scheduling data derived from the study,the scheduling solution is validated by simulation analysis using Plant Simulation.5.Summarize the research content,present the results and shortcomings of the research,and provide an outlook for the subsequent research.Finally,through the actual trial operation of the manufacturing unit,50 pieces/type of parts were processed,and the qualified rate of parts processing reached 100%.The utilization rate of main mechanical processing equipment should reach over 70%,and the unit production capacity can meet the company’s task delivery requirements.Finally,through the actual trial operation and processing of the manufacturing unit,the qualified rate of parts processing reaches over 97.5%,the utilization rate of main mechanical processing equipment should reach over 70%,and the unit production capacity can meet the company’s task delivery requirements. |
