| In the context of the "3060" carbon peak and carbon neutral target,carbon emission trading and green certificate trading can help the energy sector achieve clean and low-carbon transformation from the perspectives of controlling greenhouse gas emissions and promoting green electricity consumption respectively.At present,China’s carbon emission trading market and green certificate trading market are in a parallel relationship,and the market vitality needs to be improved,and the Chinese certified emission reduction scheme,which can reflect the low-carbon attributes of renewable energy,has been suspended for many years,and the low-carbon value of renewable energy has not been fully reflected.Under the new situation of grid parity for wind power,photovoltaic power and other renewable energy,how to link carbon emission trading market and green certificate trading market to more fully reflect the low carbon emission characteristics of green power is of great significance to promote the consumption of renewable energy.By coupling various types of energy sources,integrated energy systems can achieve multienergy complementarity and become one of the important ways to promote clean and efficient energy transformation.However,existing studies often consider the impact of low-carbon mechanisms on the dispatch of integrated energy systems only from the perspective of single carbon emission trading or green certificate trading,or both in parallel.Improving the performance of the integrated energy system,optimizing the energy supply and demand relationship between the source and the load,and considering the impact of the linkage between carbon emission trading and green certificate trading are significant to promote the healthy development of the integrated energy system.To this end,this paper proposes a linkage mechanism between carbon emission trading and green certificate trading based on the principle of equal trading price or equal carbon emissions for green certificate-carbon emissions on the one hand,in order to reflect the positive externalities of renewable energy supply.The paper also considers the influence of the historical completion of the subject in the green certificate trading to avoid the phenomenon of "whipping the fast bull".On the other hand,this paper introduces organic Rankine cycle equipment and considers the waste heat supply characteristics of power to gas equipment on the source side of the integrated energy system to improve energy efficiency,and reduces carbon emissions of gas-fired units through hydrogen blending operation;and adopts integrated demand response on the load side to optimize the load curve and promote renewable energy consumption.The research work of this paper focuses on the following three aspects.First,this paper studies the operation principles of various types of emission reduction value certificates trading mechanisms in China and the heterogeneous energy conversion mechanism of integrated energy systems.At the mechanism level,this paper analyzes the trading objects,prices and application scope of various types of emission reduction value warrants,sorts out the relationships among them,and constructs a linkage model of carbon emission trading and green certificate trading considering the principle of equal trading price or equal carbon emissions.At the technical level,this paper studies the heterogeneous energy coupling relationship of integrated energy systems,constructs models of energy supply devices and energy storage devices,and analyzes the load-side regulation principles from three aspects of energy use time shift,curtailment,and substitution,and constructs an integrated demand response model including price-based,incentive-based and substitution-based.Secondly,a green dispatch model considering the green certificate-carbon emission equivalent interaction mechanism is constructed for a regional integrated energy system,and solved programmatically in MATLAB software using the YALMIP toolkit and calling the CPLEX solver.The results of calculation examples show that the green certificate can make the parallel carbon emission trading interact with the green certificate trading,which can further reflect the positive externality benefits of clean energy supply,increase the proportion of green power in the system and promote the clean energy substitution.Finally,this paper investigates the essence of the green certificate-carbon emission equivalent interaction mechanism,constructs a market linkage model from the perspective of equal carbon emission,and optimizes both sides of the system source and load to build an integrated energy system dispatch model considering energy grade change constraints,which is solved by using the CPLEX solver.The results show that the proposed scheme can improve the energy efficiency and economy of the system and help renewable energy consumption. |
