| Under the impetus of national policies,the domestic IC industry has maintained a high growth rate.Under the new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle,the study of procurement management of IC products is of great significance to deepen enterprise lean management and develop new profit growth point of enterprises.The main business of this paper is the research and development and industrialization of IC manufacturing equipment and key components,with dozens of invention patents and high market recognition.In the procurement management,IC products usually have the characteristics of long procurement lead time,customized products in small quantities,high technology and high value-added products.Behind the high growth of H IC company is the mismatch between the level of procurement management and the current development speed and scale of the company,and the frequent occurrence of procurement business management problems.This thesis follows the research idea from theory to practice,using literature research method to sort out and explore the relevant theories in the field of procurement management,combined with questionnaire survey method and in-depth interviews,analyze and summarize the current situation of procurement management in IC company H,and point out the problems in its procurement management: demand management is not in place,there is duplicate procurement;unable to meet the changes in project demand;long procurement cycle,resulting in project delivery The procurement process is time-consuming and inefficient,and the supplier management is at a preliminary stage and not well managed.We expect to analyze the reasons for the reduced collaboration,lower efficiency and higher cost in the procurement management of H IC company with the help of relevant theories and tools of enterprise management,and optimize and improve this series of problems through a series of measures: strengthening procurement collaboration management,shortening procurement time to improve procurement efficiency,material procurement management process improvement,establishing effective supplier management mechanism and other optimization solutions.In order to reduce procurement costs,improve procurement efficiency and enhance the overall performance of procurement management of HIC. |
