| The employee qualification evaluation system is an important method for many domestic enterprises to build a job development channel and solve the problem of employee promotion and development,and it is also a more objective and comprehensive means for evaluating employees within the enterprise,an evaluation tool for employees’ past employment results,and a working method that drives the future performance development of employees.Based on the development and practice of GL Company vocational qualification evaluation system,this paper starts from the research on the dimension of vocational qualification evaluation,analyzes the relationship between the dimensions of employee qualification evaluation,compares and organically integrates them,thinks and mines the value of the enterprise qualification system,and realizes the ultimate goal of driving organizational and business development driven by employee qualification evaluation,analyzes the employment requirements of R&D business for R&D personnel based on GL’s R&D business needs,and constructs the evaluation dimension model that is most suitable for GL Company R&D personnel.This thesis first introduces the research progress of vocational qualification system and evaluation dimension at home and abroad,the current practice status of some domestic enterprises,focuses on the key role played by evaluation dimension selection in the evaluation of R&D personnel,and points out the necessity of collaborative evaluation of ability and behavior and performance in the evaluation dimension system by analyzing the relationship between behavior,ability and performance in the evaluation dimension.Combined with the needs and characteristics of different industries and enterprises at different stages of development,identify the different focuses of the selection of vocational qualification evaluation dimensions,analyze the current problems in the evaluation of employee qualifications of GL Company by analyzing the business development stage and R&D business nature of GL Company,and analyze the problems existing in the current employee qualification evaluation of GL Company based on the practice of the vocational qualification system in GL Company,point out the importance of the assessment of GL Company’s R&D strategic ability and innovation ability in the job evaluation dimension,and finally explore and build the optimal R&D personnel evaluation dimension model based on reasonable evaluation methods.Based on the iceberg theory,this thesis takes the relationship between ability and behavior and performance and the employment requirements of GL R&D personnel as important analysis objects,analyzes the deep logic of organizational and employee development such as organizational capability requirements,employee cognition and behavior and performance evaluation,and drives the unification of employee cognition,behavior and performance results from the perspective of the overall business development of the organization.With the direct purpose of improving the effect of the current GL company’s vocational qualification evaluation system,the vocational qualification evaluation dimension system is constructed,which not only considers the significance and value of each evaluation dimension,but also considers the organic relationship between each dimension,and sets the weight ratio of each dimension.At the same time,in order to ensure the operability of the evaluation dimension system,the resource guarantee mechanism is set up from the perspective of human resource guarantee,management resource guarantee and evaluation mechanism improvement,under the trend of human resources informatization and digital development,the complete and comprehensive vocational qualification evaluation dimension system will have great practical value and significance,providing innovative exploration for the construction of the qualification evaluation dimension system of GL company and even domestic R&D enterprises. |
