Research Into The Transfer Design Mechanism Of City Memory Resources Under The Perspective Of Design Management

The effective use and design of city memory resources can underline city cultural characteristics.At present,there are some problems in the process of development and implementation of city memory resources,such as disordered design procedures,unclear design path and difficult transformation of design value.As an important means to control the overall design and development process,optimize and support the design development strategy,design management can achieve rational allocation of design resources,standardize design standards,and endue design value.Applying the all process management and control thought of design management,this paper studies the flow and transformation path,design method and overall operation mechanism of city memory resources,and constructs the standard,support,formation and realization mechanism of the entire process of resource flow and transformation design from the four aspects of formation,transformation,output,and dissemination of city memory resources.The research on this mechanism can perfect the existing problems of incomplete design and development research systems and chaotic design procedures of present city memory resources,and the research results can also provide methods and case references for the development and design research on the same categories of city cultural resources.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of the theory of design management,it is summarized and analyzed that the design project management operation mechanism and design method of relevant organization departments in design developed countries such as Britain and the United States,and it is put forward that the design management mechanism framework of the flow and transformation of city memory resource based on the domestic design status quo.(2)Combined with the features of heterogeneity and richness of city memory resources,it put forward that the flow analytical method and classification thinking of cultural resources at design level to analyze and summarize the full path of design source,design transformation,design output and design dissemination of city memory resources.(3)Taken Changsha as a case city for the implementation of specific design projects,it is demonstrated and perfected that the analytical method of cultural resource flow and design management mechanism framework mentioned above from the planning,design,implementation and feedback links of the overall project to promote the sustainable transformation of cultural value of city memory resources.
