The Design And Development Of Regional Water Resources Management And The Assistant Support Information System In Laixi City

Taking the Laixi City for an example, this paper systematically studied and summarized the information and features of the regional water resources planning and management in design .Using MAPGIS as the development platform, the information systems of regional water resources programming and management has been designed as a whole . Furthermore, the basic framework, main function, integral part of the system is put forward and the technical line of this project are completed in this paper, which provide a reference for the same type of development work .The connotation and key factors of the water resources supporting capacity and the water environmental supporting capacity are analysed in detail in this paper, it also gives different ways and approaches to count the supporting capacities.which make it possible to program the predict and management of the water resources . The V++ language is used in several software modules manfacture.This paper tried the GIS technical in regional water resources management. The traditional pattern of the region water resources management could be changed if this system is successfully developed. The management level and the work efficiency can also be enhanced greatly. This system, which will bring great convenience and new conceptions to the work. provides a platform to program, design and technically support the water resources management.
