Research On Development Strategy And Implementation Path Of Railway Intelligent Construction Cost Management

With the integration of new generation information technology and railway technology and business,intelligent railway is becoming the evolution form and important symbol of railway modernization and highquality development.As an important part of intelligent railway,railway intelligent construction continues to innovate the intelligent construction technology with BIM + GIS as the core,and improve the new mode of collaborative management of Railway Intelligent Construction Based on BIM,which puts forward new development requirements for how the railway project cost management meets the railway intelligent construction.This thesis studies the strategic environment,strategic formulation and planning,strategic implementation mechanism and path of the development of railway intelligent construction cost management by using project cost management theory,strategic management theory,innovation theory and a series of strategic analysis tools,evaluation methods and SEM.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)This thesis analyzes the development strategic environment of railway intelligent construction cost management.Using PEST analysis model and value chain model,combined with macro environment,railway project cost management activities and stakeholders,this thesis analyzes the impact of railway intelligent construction on cost management,and puts forward the innovative demand of railway intelligent construction cost management.(2)The development strategy and intelligent cost management of railway construction have been formulated.This thesis puts forward the innovative development strategy of "integration of three modernizations",defines four core strategic tasks and subtasks,establishes the strategic task priority evaluation index system,and determines the strategic two-stage planning and the priority of strategic tasks by using the principle of group decision characteristic root and Mc Kinsey matrix.(3)This thesis analyzes the implementation path of the development strategy of railway intelligent construction cost management.From the four dimensions of environment,resources,organization and management,12 key influencing factors are identified and analyzed.Based on the relationship between factors,the innovation mechanism model of railway intelligent construction cost management is constructed and verified with structural equation model.Based on this,the implementation path of core strategic tasks is clarified.(4)The implementation guarantee of the development strategy of railway intelligent construction cost management is formulated.It defines the guiding ideology and basic principles of implementation,two-stage strategic objectives and route,and puts forward guarantee measures for strategic implementation from four aspects: resource investment,technical support,organizational support and management means.This thesis provides reference for the development and innovation of railway engineering cost management under the background of intelligent construction,and promotes the improvement of railway cost management level and investment efficiency.There are 34 figures,29 tables,122 references.
