Study On Risk Assessment Of Prefabricated Building Project Under PPP+EPC Mode

Due to its unique advantages,prefabricated building has developed rapidly in recent years.Governments of various countries have issued a number of policies to promote the development of prefabricated building.At the same time,many professional and technical personnel and relevant scholars are also exploring the management mode of prefabricated building project,including the application of PPP mode and EPC mode.A few general engineering projects also began to explore the application of PPP+EPC management mode.Although PPP+EPC management mode has significant advantages and prefabricated building projects have many policies to support them,their construction still faces many risks.Based on this background,this paper studies the risk evaluation of prefabricated building projects under PPP+EPC mode.The main research contents of this paper include:(1)Systematically combs the concept,connotation and structural system of prefabricated building projects,expounds the basic meaning of PPP+EPC management mode,and summarizes the management mode of prefabricated building projects under PPP+EPC mode;(2)Fully consider the triple risk attributes of PPP projects,EPC projects and prefabricated buildings,identify the risks of prefabricated construction projects in PPP+EPC mode,and finally establish the risk evaluation index system based on the risk identification results;(3)Determine the risk assessment ideas of prefabricated building projects in PPP+EPC mode,use IFAHP method to assign weights to each evaluation index,build a risk assessment model based on D-S evidence theory,and propose corresponding risk response measures;(4)Taking the MLS Wisdom Park project as an example,the risk assessment of the project was conducted according to the risk assessment model established above,and the final comprehensive analysis was conducte.
