Study On Integral Protection And Renewal Of Traditional Villages In Southern Sichuan

As an important part of carrying forward and continuing traditional culture in rural settlements,traditional dwellings not only reflect the unique spatial form of rural settlements,but also contain the traditional historical culture of rural settlements,which all reflect the historical value of traditional dwellings.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization and commercialization,some traditional dwellings with important historical value are facing great challenges.Many traditional dwellings have been abandoned or damaged,as well as the fierce impact of modern new materials and architectural forms,which have caused a serious threat to the folk style of traditional dwellings in Neijiang,highlighting the phenomenon of "one side for thousands of village".As an important branch of traditional folk houses in Sichuan province,traditional folk houses in Neijiang City have unique advantages such as wide distribution,complete architectural system and perfect architectural style.This paper selects Longshi community of traditional folk houses in Neijiang City as the research object,and proposes livability protection and renewal strategies suitable for traditional folk houses in Neijiang City through the livability reconstruction design of Longshi community.This paper starts from the livability status quo and problems of traditional residential houses in Longshi Community.this paper classifiable and summarized the characteristics of all traditional dwellings in the village,and finally selected four typical dwellings and an outdoor comparison point for field physical environment data collection(measured parameters mainly include indoor and outdoor temperature,relative humidity,solar radiation and wind speed of traditional dwellings).According to the research methods of indoor and outdoor environmental parameters measurement,tracking investigation,data comparative analysis and so on,the main factors affecting the livability of traditional residential buildings are finally obtained,and then fed back to the planning layout of the protection and renewal of traditional residential buildings.The premise is not to destroy the historical buildings and traditional styles of traditional residential buildings in Longshi community.From the aspects of plane layout,form combination,functional structure,humidity,lighting,ventilation and utilization of public space,traditional residential buildings in Longshi community were transformed and updated in order to meet residents’ livability requirements.With the prosperity of modern construction industry,the spatial pattern of traditional residential houses in Neijiang has changed a lot.New residential houses have taken the comfort and convenience of living into account,but gradually weakened the traditional style.According to the different needs of residential buildings,different reconstruction measures are formulated,and local development strategies are adopted to transform and update the traditional residential buildings.On the basis of solving the livability problem of traditional residential buildings and combining with the current social development trend,the traditional residential buildings in Neijiang are revitalized with new vitality through the renovation of their functions.This paper summarizes several problems in the renovation and renewal of the habitability of traditional residential houses in Neijiang,and conducts in-depth research and analysis to explore scientific renovation methods and seek more suitable and longer renewal ways.
