With the rapid development of new energy technology and the continuous enrichment of power electronic equipment,the performance requirements for switching power supply are becoming higher and higher.Active Power factor correction(APFC)technology can meet the requirements of high power factor and high efficiency of switching power supply.Switching power supplies with different power levels have different control modes in voltage input mode.As the development of digital control APFC is difficult and time-consuming,the manual writing of the control code has gradually failed to meet the development needs.In this paper,a single/three phase compatible Boost topology and control system Based on magnetic integration technology is proposed for single/three phase different voltage input modes,and Model Based Design(MBD)method is used to develop the code.In order to be compatible with different voltage input modes of single and three phases,this paper proposes a circuit structure of Boost six switch based on magnetic integration technology,which uses only one relay to switch single and three phases.The working principle of the circuit under different voltage input modes is analyzed,and the control strategy is designed.In order to reduce circuit loss and inductor current ripple,based on magnetic integration technology,using the leakage inductance of coupling inductor and resonance of parasitic inductor of switching tube,the soft switching of switching tube in full range under single-phase input mode was realized.Improve the efficiency of switching power supply,reduce the volume of switching power supply.According to the performance index of the circuit design,the parameters of the device are designed,including the selection and design of three-phase coupling boost inductor,output capacitance and other switching devices.In order to solve the asymmetric inductance of each phase in the design of three-phase coupling inductor,an accurate magnetic circuit model was established and the mathematical model of each phase inductance of coupling inductor was deduced.By adjusting the length of the air gap and the number of turns,the symmetrical design of the three-phase coupled inductor is completed,and samples are made and tested to verify the correctness of the theory.According to the actual circuit parameters design,the selection of switching devices and the production of three-phase coupling inductance,built a 10 k W PFC hardware platform.In order to improve the development efficiency,the Embedded Coder toolbox development module is used to improve the original Simulink simulation model,and MBD technology is used to automatically generate DSP Embedded code.Software in loop test(SIL)and processor in loop test(PIL)were carried out on the generated code to verify the equivalence of the code and the control model.
