Prefabricated buildings because of its short construction period, energy saving, environmental protection characteristics,in line with the needs of the development of contemporary building industrialization, although China has long begun to promote the development of prefabricated buildings, but compared with the rapid development of foreign countries,The problem of slow development of prefabricated buildings in China still needs to be solved, the reason is that there has been a cognitive bias in the construction industry in China. At present, the scale of prefabricated buildings in China is relatively small, and the level of integrated design needs to be improved,so the cost of prefabricated buildings is higher than that of traditional cast-in-place buildings, and most of the building stakeholders only onesidedly see the higher costs in the early stage and ignore the superior benefits generated by the later correspondence, which hinders the further development and popularization of prefabricated technology. In order to promote its better development and eliminate cognitive bias,it is necessary to carry out research on the incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated buildings.Based on the analysis and research of the existing relevant literature in this field at home and abroad, this paper establishes the incremental cost and incremental benefit models of prefabricated buildings based on the principle of System Dynamics(SD)and the System Dynamics modeling and simulation software Vensim-ple.In order to investigate the influence of incremental costs and incremental benefit factor and factor interactions, realized with prefabricated construction incremental costs and incremental benefits of qualitative and quantitative analysis.Firstly, the development and research status of prefabricated building and its incremental cost and incremental benefit at home and abroad are analyzed, the existing problems in this field are found out,and the research direction of this paper is determined.Second, according to the characteristics of the prefabricated buildings and structures,in the traditional cast-in-situ construction as a reference, comparison and analysis on the two design, production, construction, using the phase difference, got its incremental costs and incremental benefit of composition content, analyzes its connotation, and put both on the same standard measure, provides the basis for subsequent using system dynamics to research.Thirdly, based on the theory of system dynamics and Vensim-ple,the system dynamics model of incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated buildings is constructed. The model can simulate and analyze incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated building engineering during its life cycle, and realize the data and sensitivity analysis of incremental cost and incremental benefit of prefabricated building. Finally, the model is applied to a practical engineering case to verify the effectiveness of the model. The results of the case operation show that although the prefabricated building will invest more costs than the traditional cast-in-place building in the early stage, the cost input will also produce incremental benefits, which will also produce savings after covering the incremental costs. Therefore, the final benefits of the project can fully match the investment costs. Its comprehensive benefits are reflected in many fields such as industry development, social construction and environmental protection.Promoting the development of prefabricated buildings has a positive impact on the whole society.
