With the vigorous development of China’s e-commerce,the express logistics market is at a critical stage of continuous development and transformation,and the overall business volume and service quality demand are on the rise;Since the “four vertical and four horizontal” highspeed railway skeleton network was fully completed during the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”period,the construction of China’s high-speed railway network has tended to improve.With the advantages of high-speed railway express which are fast,all-weather,green and environmental protection,and the support of the market and policies,the development of China’s high-speed railway express has broad prospects.In order to improve the overall transportation efficiency of high-speed railway express and create a new business card for high-speed railway express,this thesis studies the following aspects from the perspective of the operation mode of high-speed railway express and the layout of transit nodes:(1)Firstly,this thesis researches the basic concepts of high-speed railway express products and operating modes,analyzes and confirms the advantages,disadvantages and applicable scenarios of the four high-speed railway express operating modes: confirmation train piggybacking,existing high-speed passenger train piggybacking,passenger and freight mixing,and high-speed railway freight train;Then this thesis studies the development of highspeed railway express operation mode at home and abroad,and puts forward the insufficiency of China’s high-speed railway express operation mode at this stage;Finally,the influencing factors of the high-speed rail express operation mode decision-making are analyzed,and the research scope of the high-speed rail express operation mode decision-making in this thesis is determined.(2)The minimum cost of transportation enterprises is taken as the optimization goal,and the decision model of the high-speed railway express operation mode is constructed by taking the remaining capacity limit of the high-speed railway express line network,the carrying capacity limit of the trains operating under each network operation mode,and the overall transportation task limit as constraints.The train operation map in the third quarter of 2021 is taken as a reference to calculate the remaining capacity of the high-speed railway express network;The ARIMA model is used to calculate the OD of each city node in the prospect year,then the carrying capacity and operating cost of different operating modes is analyzed and calculated;This thesis verifies the decision-making model of the constructed high-speed railway express network operation mode,and proposes a high-speed railway express network operation mode combined with direct transit in China.(3)This thesis starts from the transfer operation of high-speed railway express,analyzes the particularity of the transfer operation of high-speed railway express,researches and designs the transfer operation process of high-speed railway express in three different transfer operation scenarios of the existing high-speed railway passenger station,bullet train station and high-speed railway express logistics base.Based on the comparision and analyzation of the node planning models,this thesis studies the particularity and elements of high-speed railway express transit node planning,combines the theoretical basis of hub-and-spoke network,comprehensively consider environmental factors,traffic factors,market factors,construction costs,transportation costs and time costs,uses the minimum cost model based on the data envelopment method.The networked transfer node layout of China’s “4+6+19” threelevel high-speed railway express is constructed,and based on the layout of transit nodes,the decision-making scheme of the network operation mode of high-speed rail express is optimized.
