Design And Research On High-speed Railway Express Transport Products And Operation Plan Of Xu LAN High-speed Railway

With the rapid development of consumption level of Chinese residents,the scale of high value-added goods transportation is increasing,and the requirement of timeliness is becoming more and more obvious.In particular,the development of the Internet has led to the rapid development of e-commerce enterprises,and the timely transmission of logistics needs puts forward higher requirements for offline logistics.On July 9,2017,our country’s Xulan passenger dedicated Line opened the whole route to realize the operation of high-speed trains on the whole line.The opening of the whole line of this line has greatly released the respective transport capacity of passenger and freight transport,especially for the development and expansion of the passenger and cargo transport capacity of land bridges,and the enhancement and expansion of China’s East and Central China.The transportation and circulation of passengers and goods between North China and the provinces and cities in the northwest of China have made the realization of the land bridge passage more diversified and flexible.It is of great practical significance to study the design of high-speed express transportation products and operation plan of Xulan Line.Based on this,after many field investigations,and referring to relevant documents and materials,this paper analyzes the current situation,demand characteristics and spatial distribution of high-speed express transportation market,and points out that the development model is still being explored,and the utilization of transportation capacity resources is not sufficient.The service network is not perfect and the infrastructure is not perfect.Combined with the important channel function of Xulan Line in the central and western regions,this paper analyzes the market orientation of the high-speed express transportation products of Xulan Line.At the same time,aiming at the forecasting problem of the transportation volume in the high-speed rail express transportation industry,based on the condition,criterion and content of the OD flow forecasting model in the high-speed rail express transportation city,a high-speed express freight flow forecasting model between the cities of Xulan line is constructed.On the basis of this model,the forecast value of freight volume of high-speed rail in five big cities of Lanzhou,Xi’an,Zhengzhou,Suzhou and Xuzhou by 2020 is obtained.On the basis of the location characteristics of Xulan Line and the market characteristics of high-speed express freight transportation,the express freight train running speed and freight volume are used to design the express freight transport product pedigree and opening scheme of the high-speed rail express freight transport product on the Xulan line,based on the location characteristics of the Xulan line and the characteristics of the high-speed express freight transport market.The actual route length,as the main reference index and factor,is designed and studied separately to form the proposal of Xulan High Speed Express.
