At present,expressways are in a period of rapid development in China,and the mileage has reached 161,000 kilometers.After the opening and operation of expressways in China,the toll system is generally implemented to make up for the funding gap of its construction investment and income level.The determination of toll rate of expressway directly affects the income level of expressway construction investment.At the same time,toll rates further affect the income of expressway operators by influencing the route choice of expressway travelers.Unreasonable toll standards may make expressway operators face financial losses and other problems.It has become normal to have multiple expressways with the same origin and destination in the current regional transportation corridor.Compared with general expressways,it will be more difficult for expressways in regional transportation corridors to formulate reasonable charging standards.The expressway toll rate has been stable,and the existing unreasonable toll standard can not achieve the optimal revenue of regional transportation corridor.Therefore,the study of expressway toll standard in this paper starts from the competition state of each expressway in the whole regional transportation corridor.Considering the revenue of each expressway and the travel choice of the traveler,the total revenue of each expressway in the regional transportation corridor can be maximized.Firstly,the present situation and existing problems of domestic and foreign expressway toll charging modes are summarized to point out the direction for formulating expressway toll standards.Then through the research on the interest subject,influencing factors and pricing methods of toll rate,it provides ideas for the construction of toll rate model.Secondly,according to the similarities and differences of expressway operating companies,the regional transportation corridors are divided.That is,all expressways in the regional transportation corridor belong to the same operating company,all belong to different operating company,part of expressways belong to a certain operating company,part of expressways belong to other operating companies.At the same time,the toll strategy and the corresponding game state of the expressway in the regional transportation corridor in each scenario are summarized,which lays the foundation for the construction of the toll rate model in the following paper.Thirdly,based on game theory,a toll rate model of expressway in regional transportation corridor is established.The game model of expressway toll rate is established according to different scenarios and toll strategy.The toll rate model is optimized considering the expiration of some expressway toll years in regional transportation corridor.Finally,the expressways in Chengdu-Chongqing regional transportation corridor are taken as the research object for case analysis.The traffic flow of Chengdu-Chongqing regional transport corridor is predicted,and the scenarios and charging strategies are analyzed.And substituted into the model to obtain the optimal charging rates of each expressway in different scenarios.And the comparative analysis is carried out to make the constructed expressway rate model more practical.
