In recent years,the rail transit system of major cities in my country is developing rapidly,which promotes the continuous development and evolution of commercial service facilities in rail transit station areas.However,the rapid pace of rail transit construction has made the land renewal and adjustment planning in the site area lagging behind,resulting in low adaptability,lack of vitality or lack of services of commercial service facilities in the surrounding area,hindering the transfer of passenger flow at the site to business flow,and is not conducive to the commercial service industry around the site.sustainable development.In order to systematically study the agglomeration characteristics of commercial and service facilities in rail transit station areas,and to deeply identify the mechanism that affects the agglomeration of commercial and service facilities in station areas,this paper is based on POI data,osm map data,second-hand housing prices,built environment and other multi-source big data.Statistical analysis,spatial data visualization analysis,comparative analysis and other methods,taking Chengdu Metro Line 1 as an example,to study the clustering characteristics of commercial service facilities around the site,and find the existing problems in the clustering and development of commercial and service industries,and finally propose corresponding space optimization strategies.First of all,from the macro scale,it explores the aggregation and distribution characteristics of all commercial service facilities along Chengdu Metro Line 1 and the distribution characteristics of facilities of different formats along the line;with the help of the concept of information entropy,the richness,balance and advantage of commercial formats are quantified and analyzed quantitatively.The industry structure characteristics of the stations along the line.From the mesoscale,this paper explores the morphological characteristics of commercial service facilities in 24 stations along Metro Line 1.According to the land use of the stations,the stations are divided into: residential type,commercial service type,public service type and transportation hub type.The aggregation characteristics and aggregation rules of commercial service facilities in the surrounding areas of the four types of sites are summarized in terms of aggregation form,intensity scale,circle distribution,business composition and industry structure.Secondly,using spatial statistical methods to quantify the agglomeration of commercial service facilities and the richness of business forms at each site,and identify the factors surrounding the site’s social development,economic conditions and built environment through literature review that drive the agglomeration of commercial service facilities around the site The correlation analysis method was used to analyze the interaction relationship between various types of facilities.At the same time,the agglomeration effect,walking convenience,and construction intensity were used to identify the most significant driving effects of the agglomeration of commercial service facilities.Finally,based on the layout of commercial service industry facilities around Chengdu Metro Line 1 station and the status quo of the built environment,combined with the results of driving factor analysis,commercial layout strategies are proposed from the macroscopic and microscopic levels along the line,and also put forward corresponding optimization strategies from the aspect of business format optimization.
